Hotelnya sangat bagus & nyaman untuk ditinggali bersama keluarga. Saya akan datang ke sini lagi.

got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

good, clean & nice service

Stay in a superior room. Receptionist is approachable and polite. Room is quite clean, except linen has a bit old stain. Hair dryer is available by collecting self at the counter. Housekeeping not available after 6p.m.

I had a wonderful experience at this place.It a nice and very close to UITM. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel.
