Good location, the shopping mall just next to the hotel. But the view of room is nothing. And keep have some sounds during the night but not that serious.

I am satisfied with the large, clean room and spacious bathroom. A varied and delicious breakfast.

Nice & spacious room, was given a room can overlook a little of seaview. quite a few of breakfast selections, but taste was so so only. great location with a lot of eatery & tourist spots. there's a small fee need to pay for car park if you're driving.

Facilities are good n location too👍👍buffet is also quite nice

Hotel grandis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in kota Kinabalu this is my second time stay at the hotel. Before I have stayed in Hilton, Mercure, Hyatt but still I feel grandis is more comfortable because of its location, easy access to mall, big rooms, comparing other hotel like Hilton, Mercure the rooms are very small no bath tub or sea view. We book a deluxe room in grandis we had a sea view, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable my kid enjoyed the bath tub, perfectly organised room, swimming pool and gym also available at the roof top. Good thing is that they have paid parking, buffet breakfast was pretty decent,easy access to Suria Sabah mall.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Conveniently located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, the hotel is connected to Suria Mall, which offers a wide variety of food options and a supermarket for essential supplies. The breakfast provided at the hotel was decent, with a fair selection to start the day. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Kota Kinabalu.

It was great. They provide a birthday cake for my son with complimentary. The parking lot needs to be improved for better experience tho.

All the staff were friendly. The room was spacious. The location is located at the prime area of city.

The room is spacious, comfortable. They provide basic amenities. Bathroom also spacious. Rooftop cafe for sunset viewing(food not free), pool and gym for guests. Bathroom has old stained but still consider clean. No free car park. Overall it was a good stay 👍🏻

Arrived rather late from KK Airport and did a checked in late to almost midnight. Reception was busy at this hour with another group of 6 (family) of koreans also doing their check in. For the first night, the aircond did not cool down the room but informed housekeeping and maintenance next morning during breakfast and the team resolved the issue promptly . The room allocated is SPACIOUS . theres still available room to possibly fit another 2 single beds ! Location of hotel is superb as it is just beside Suria Shopping Centre. Breakfast selection is extensive and you get to see a good seaview AND a construction site of an upcoming Condominium. I love this hotels pool area and Poolside bar with the beautiful Sea view and Sunset . The Gym is located same floor as the pool. The TV in the room is a smart TV, I could surf and view youtube channels directly . Will i stay here again ? yes , and will choose a Deluxe category as these rooms faces the sea directly (sunset also)
