Masa mula2 check in, bilik yg saya dapat safety lock rosak, 2 single bed ( saya bayar utk deluxe king size) , request sea view langsung tak dapat. Call front office, bgatau malam baru ada bilik availble. Saya trn ke kaunter check in nak complain, terus kelam kabut cari bilik baru. Keesokan hari, pintu bilik lagi rosak. Saya tak dapat nak masuk bilik. Engineer dtg, ganti bateri pintu sbb pintu tu bateri weak . Terpaksa tunggu dekat sejam baru settle. Sedih.

Staff yang friendly,kemudahan yang lengkap..kebersihan bilik sederhana..makanan yang sedap namun tidak banyak pilihan..swiming pool kurang memuaskan(ruang tidak berapa luas..

bilik bersih, bilik besar.. breakfast sedap terutama puding roti , sos vanila nya sedap..

Sangat berpuas hati tapi Room 833 kati tu patah. Disebabkan stay satu malam je. So takpe la. Baring jela. Hilangkan penat. Harap repair atau ganti dulu sebelum guest check in. Channel tv tak clear. Dah macam tv analog zaman purba.

Bilik cantik .memang up to date. Breakfast pon okey .cuma kolam masih lama punya classic tpi anak2 pon gembira .cuma ada staff cleaner temberang tanya orang pun mcm orang nk ceroboh hotel saja tanya dari mana.cara becakap pon kasar .sekali bgi tahu menginap sini baru nk cakap elok2.
