Services tip top, nak apa2 boleh request. Cuma jadi kurang sbb hotel bau lipas + lantai tandas leaking, tak masuk air kt lubang

bilik dalam keadaan bersih.Dan part yang anak tunggu adalah kolam renang..

Sabah Beach villas tak sama ya dengan Borneo Beach Villa walaupun tempat dan bangunan yg sama. Lain-lain management katanya. Malam pertama dapat bilik yg jakuzi dan sauna tidak berfungsi langsung. Tiada sofa bed seperti dinyatakan. Air minuman dalam rumah hanya 2 botol mineral 500ml sahaja. Bila ditanya sofa bed dan minuman berbotol kaca hanya disediakan jika booking under Borneo Beach Resort. Tuala berbau kepam dan pam tandas tidak berfungsi dgn baik, Anyway, thanks sebab request untuk rumah aras ground floor dipenuhi. Malam ke2 berjaya tukar ke rumah baru di blok yg lain. Masih ground floor tapi kali ni jakuzi dan sauna berfungsi dengan baik. Yang bawa anak ramai sila bawa tuala extra sebab hotel hanya boleh bagi 2 helai.

Sudah 2x datang di sini. Kali ni dapat main pantai. Semuanya best. Next time mahu datang sini semula dengan family

Tempat yang cantik dengan pemandangan pantai yang indah serta jauh dari kesibukan bandar. Tapi dari segi kebersihan begitu mengecewakan. Lantai villa berpasir dan kotor seperti tidak disapu dan mop. Lampu di bahagian private pool pula tidak menyala pada waktu malam dan keaadan dalam private pool perlu dibaiki kerana banyak tiles yang sudah tercabut menyebabkan tapak kaki anak terluka ketika mandi didalam kolam.

Bersih .. tapi bau lipas tu kuat sgt la.

Place okay tapi hotel tidak di jaga dengan baik. Banyak rosak . Tp overall okayla untuk staycation dengan family .

Aircond need to service, not cold in and outside the room. Hot water system not working.

Need to improve for Cleanliness, the rooms was dirty and got mold smell. Recommended to do renovation because the rooms quite old. Steambath also not function. The bed sheet are dirty too.

We satisfy with the room. Service is good.. employee was very friendly and helpful. Tqvm

Nice place to relax....view dia memang excellent but sauna dalam bilik mandi X berfungsi.

Excellence service and magnificent view

- from the time we checked in after our hike, we were told we had to walk to our room cause there wasn’t a driver. But luckily the receptionist managed to get us one. - checked in. Whole apartment smelled funny. Ceiling had stains. Cupboards smelled bad. Fan in the hall wasn’t working, AC in the hall wasn’t working either cause batteries needed to be replaced. AC in the room wasn’t cold. Toilet supplies were incomplete. And there was a cockroach in the toilet. Maintenance ppl did come to try and fix the fan but couldn’t. So they gave us another room. - the other room was slightly better but still not good enough. Bed was creaking and sheets had stains. - only thing I liked was that the beach was nearby. - overall just not worth the price. Quite far out from town and so inconvenient to have to walk from the reception to the room.

Check in time too late 3pm. Welcome staff not friendly. Swimming pool rules may need to consider of attire for Muslimah guest. House cleaning personnel very helpful.
