Secara keseluruhannya hotel tune ini sangat puas hati, semua kemudahan ada dan dekat dah dengan kafe dan restoran. Tempah akan datang pulak, Insya Allah.

Kali kedua pergi ke hotel ni, so far masih okey tapi harap pihak houskeeping complete clean the room properly.

Bilik ok. Lokasi pun strategik sebab sebelah kb mall. Parking kalau waktu punca kena berebut dengan customer kedai sekitar dan kb mall. Hotel dekat dengan jalan bertingkat. Kalau waktu puncak macam orang pergi kerja akan bising sikit walaupun duduk tingkat 9. Tapi kalau waktu tidur sunyi sebab mall tutup pukul 10 dan kawasan sekitar dah sunyi lepas pukul 10.

Bilik okay dengan harga bajet Berhadapan KB Mall Parking susah, pastikan bayar parking untuk elakkan di saman Parking free dekat block belakang hotel ada kawasan luas

Parking Majlis Bandaraya. Tempat panas untuk kena saman. Hotel tepi jalan & malam2 bising dengar motor rempit. Staff mesra. Lantai ke bilik dari lif bising dengan selipar. Tandas berbau. TV sangat okay. Kipas & aircond sejuk.

Bilik selesa tapi x terlalu luas. Muat2 utk ruang solat. Suka hotel ni sbb delat dgn Kbmall.. senang nk turun n jalan2 dlm mall.. parking pun free time hari minggu

**Sangat Puas Hati ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Penginapan yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Bilik kemas, kemudahan yang disediakan pun baik dan sesuai untuk penginapan singkat atau urusan kerja. Lokasi juga strategik dan mudah untuk bergerak ke tempat sekitar Kota Bharu. Staff sangat membantu dan proses check-in berjalan lancar. Servis yang diberikan sangat bagus, tidur selesa, dalam bilik siap ada kipas walaupun dah ada aircond. Lokasi strategik dan di sebelah ada mall, nak beli barang dekat bawah sangat mudah.
