Mitsis Ramira

Had the best time at Ramira Beach. The service is so good! The food is really tasty and so are the cocktails. Never had such good cocktails at an all inclusive. We loved the small pool near the 600 rooms. But you have to get there early for a sunbed. I’ve put some pictures up of the outdoor gym, as the website and hotel website doesn’t show the new gym. It’s actually quite good! So in case the lack of gym put you off; there’s weights, bars etc. I would recommend hiring bikes from the hotel and cycling around as that was amazing! They have cycle paths so it’s not scary

The room service and the hotel are very clear, the lobby bar is so far the best i've ever been. The hotel has so many recreation for the family and also couples like the evening events. Ramira is the best hotel I have been. Also we received a special offer from the staff that we can switch hotel to a premium one so its please us a little bit more. When You will be in Greece especially in Kos You have to definitely visit one of the Mitsis Ramira hotels! And i don't have to mention Linda, she is working here for about 27 years, so its a lot of experience thats you can see as Your hotel room is serviced.

Overall a nice hotel and a good family holiday. I do question the 5 star rating only because there isn't anything that stands out too much. Lovely setting, beach area is so nice and staff there were really good. Plenty of loungers and beds available on the beach. Rooms were always cleaned promptly and very spacious. The showers sometimes slow down or go really hot/cold for a small period of time. Mini fridge in room stocked every other day with a variety of drinks (soft drinks, beer, wine) Food was repetitive and often cold if you went later on in the session. Italian ala carte was disappointing, had a pizza that wasn't at all Italian style. The meat ala carte was very nice. Biggest gripe of the holiday was getting a drink. Often has to wait up to 30 minutes for a cocktail in bars. The staff were keen to table serve and not serve at the bar which I don't quite understand. The same during dinner, you'd be lucky to get more than one drink during your meal as staff were so busy. Definitely would benefit from a drinks station for self service. Other negative is the drinks they make. The staff will only make what's on the menu, you can't even get a basic mojito (they do a Passionfruit one at the pool bar but it wasn't great). Alot of reviews say that staff will make anything but this is absolutely not the case. We did manage to get an espresso martini after bar staff were pressured by their own colleague to do so. I would recommend this if you're looking for a good 4* hotel. It didn't have that 5 star feel in my personal opinion.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff. Lots to keep the kids entertained and everything close together. Gyros were stunning on the beach! The housekeeping staff second to none, had a friendly chat with Linda the housekeeping manager, her and her team are doing a fantastic job are rooms we're clean and they were non stop making sure pool towels etc were changed 👏 😀

We (5 adults) had a wonderful stay at Ramira Spotlessly clean, excellent staff, there was a great variation of food in the main restaurant and we really enjoyed the beach bar cafe. Loved the Italian restaurant, again couldn’t fault anything and staff very attentive. We had rooms with sea view great air-con, bed pillows etc were top notch. Excellent mini-bar too. Being a little bit picky the main lounge bar could do with a lot faster service but it certainly wouldn’t put us off returning. They also had a good variety of evening entertainment and we enjoyed the morning aqua aerobic sessions.

Amazing experience, great people, great moments with friends. Highly recommended place to go for vacations. Special thanks to Linda 😉

Clean spotless room. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Rosa was exceptional polite and friendly. No complaints room 630. We want to return in this area. Just met the boss lady Linda who is a breath of fresh air very funny polite and friendly

Hotel is clean and beds comfy. Staff are excellent and do what they can to please and serve. On arrival our rooms were not in an area with a lift due to mobility issues we were moved to a more suitable room and all 3 rooms were next to each other. It is early season so staff training and getting settled in caused a few delays in getting drinks served but this was more down to upper management as staff excelled. Miltiadas was excellent at breakfast time so cheerful and funny. The bar staff were also excellent Rizo, Milton, Edi and the young girl Maria and another girl. Again management failed as some drinks were unavailable after a couple of days!! Some days the bar had just one of the girls making drinks and it was overwhelming for her as the queue grew. Eventually more help arrived for her. The restaurant Maitre D and staff were excellent and we always had a table for 5. The evening entertainment was ok but not for everyone. I liked the Golden Tones (billed as the Drifters!) and the Jersey Tones. They both sang my sort of songs by the Drifters, Motown and The Four Seasons. Other nights were not quite our taste but they all did ok. We were all adults so cannot comment on children’s facilities. Overall we had a lovely holiday despite a few hiccups at the start.

Lovely staff always on hand to help Linda (hospitality) true legend always making sure we had everything we needed she is a credit to the hotel. If I had a hotel Linda would be in charge Food was excellent with a good variety & selection of drinks
