Room service could use some improvement. Not only was delivery slow, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, they often forgot to replenish clean towels and tissues. However, once I raised these issues, they were quick to improve. On the plus side, the hotel's location is quite quiet, and it's convenient for driving around."
