We only needed a bed for the night and chose this as we prefer to support motels in smaller towns where possible. So, after a short drive north of Tamworth, we were greeted by Tamara, who was so friendly and helpful. Our very clean room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a small table with 2 comfy chairs, the usual tea, coffee, biscuits, mwo etc. There was a drawer with good sized mugs, plates, bowls and cutlery, so self-catering b'fast was easy. The small fridge had an efficient freezer so we could refreeze our icemen. Dinner was at the local pub, a few minutes drive away. After a good sleep, we left refreshed for our journey north. Highly recommended.

Very happy with my stay. Clean rooms and great service. Quiet and comfortable. Very comfortable beds! Loved the smart tv and bbq area. Really is a fabulous motel. The sunsets are glorious. I’ve stayed in many motels, this is a hidden gem. Will happily return.

The good: Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Plenty of parking. Good shower pressure.
The bad: Checked in by a child with limited customer service skills. Room was old - torn carpet, stains in the sink. A vague, undefinable smell. Mirror is not over the sink

Prepaid online via Wotif and on arrival cleaner was only person to check me in ,where I had to point to computer screen of my surname to indicate who I was, this didn’t bother me however the room is old with major cracks and overpriced at $240 night for economy, iron mark imbedded in carpet as well as other stains on carpet, quilt has stain marks,dirty mirror, dirty shower recess. Just really unappealing.This is on main highway and traffic noise is loud.can also hear other guests walking /stomping around in their rooms due to floorboards underneath.Very disappointed to say the least.pictures taken

Was disappointed with people in next room along. Finally shut down their party at 12pm. Good thing cause I was ready to ring police because they were allowed to carry on !! Totally selfish!!

Had a young charming office helper. But no office work early during the day. everything is fine with us. We were offered a low stair unit due to our difficulties in clamming stairs.
