No way to communicate

I stayed here on a business trip. I only needed to sleep, so there was nothing to be concerned about. I was able to sleep without any noise, so that was good.

Because it was a Saturday, the price was three times more expensive than the last Friday stay, and there was no breakfast included. When booking a room, you can only choose a smoking room. If you don't mind, you can book it.

The station and convenience stores were nearby, and the room was comfortable.

The room is small and the breakfast is very average

I stayed here for business and was surprised to see that the air conditioning was quite old.

The facilities are old, but they have everything you need. It's a good value, so I think it's OK. Even though I checked in after midnight, the front desk staff were very friendly.

It was quiet and the bed was big, but the price was not attractive!

It was a sudden stay, but the front staff responded politely. There was a description that the parking lot fee is free, but it has been 500 yen since this spring. It was a pity that there was a spider web on the mirror.

I was happy that the parking lot was free, but it seems that from April there will be a charge. Is it a trend of the times? The location was good, easy to find, and a convenience store nearby. The room was clean, but the unit bath was quite old, and I was a little surprised that Wi-Fi was available for a fee.

Its tiny, clean, 2 minutes away from metro and grocery store. breakfast is simple but good and there are two options, Japanese or American, both good. The coffee is superb tho. Bathroom is built in and small, so if you are of the XL variety, getting in and out of the bathroom may be tricky.

Stayed here for 10 days. The rooms are small ( for european standards ) but clean and well maintained The bed is very comfortable The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpfull The staff of "The Windsor" are very friendly and i liked to spend time there and chat with the people But as i said there is room for improvement. This hotel ( and the whole of Komaki ) is not completely prepared for european guests A lot of signs where only in Japanese language The website mentiones that the hotel has a restaurant, but its only for groups. Something that wasn't clear on the website But there are a lot of restaurants in the neighberhood The hotel also made a map with the restaurants, but again , only in japanese And i noticed that not all te staff could speak English But the overall experience was good

Stayed three nights while on business in Japan. The rooms are small by North American standards, but they are functional. Wifi is available only on the ground floor with wired connections in the room. I found the step up into the bathroom to be unusual and sometimes forgot. For breakfast you can pick Japanese or Western styled. There is a bar and restaurant on the main floor. Didn't frequent the restaurant but did use the bar. It is small and, if you are a non-smoker like me it is very noticeable as most patrons are smoking. That cuts the evening short. The bar staff are all female and they are most attentive. I found the room to clean but the work desk is not very big. I would have liked that to be bigger. D Could not find any English television stations.
