Hotel wciąż utrzymuje wysokie standardy. Trochę mniej urozmaicone jedzenie w stosunku do poprzednich lat ale i tak poziom wysoki.

Wir kommen immer wieder ins Aquarius zurück, haben auch die anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels in Kolberg probiert. Aber der Saunabereich ist hier unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung, alle Kaffeesorten sind vorhanden; wer’s mag, bekommt auch Sekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß 👍

Hotel warto swojej ceny.Obsługa miła i pomocna.Pokoje czyste, duże.Jedzenie różnorodne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Dobra lokalizacja blisko morza.Świetny basen.

Hotel spełnił wymagania. Obsługa była na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Szczególnie warto skorzystać z aquacenter gdzie można się zrelaksować korzystając ze strefy Spa i basenów.

I booked two rooms here through *********** for an agreed cost. Booked 2 days before travel and from within Poland. Once I arrived here (I say here because I am still here) I find the hotel have added £30 to each room. I complained to *********** who contacted the hotel to enquire. The hotel refused outright to amend the price. This is a disappointment since I have stayed here many times before but as a matter of principle I will never stay here again. Their GREED has lost them a returning customer. There are plenty of other good hotels on the northern coast.

According to the personal conversation that took place on the day of your departure, I would like to inform you that the hotel has not charged more funds than those that appeared on the booking confirmation. As I have already explained, banks often charge a commission for currency conversion and transactions in a currency other than PLN. On the *********** page there is information that „You will pay the hotel in the hotel’s local currency (PLN). The displayed amount (in GBP) is indicative and based on today’s exchange rate.” The hotel has taken payment in PLN and hence the discrepancy in payment, but here the hotel is not at fault. Please explain this situation with your bank. We also received a message from the *********** portal, which after checking our bills, does not see any grounds for a refund. I hope that other aspects of your stay made up for this inconvenience. If you want to give us another chance, I will personally make sure that all negative aspects of your last visit will be erased and that your next stay at AQUARIUS SPA Hotel***** will meet all your expectations. Rewelacyjny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dużo animacji, atrakcji,plac zabaw, świetny aqua park, jedzenie dla najmłodszych. Super obsługa, duże pokoje, kosmetyki dla maluchów. Dla rodziców też dużo atrakcji, ale wiadomo jak to z dziećmi, odpoczywa się zupełnie inaczej 🤗 polecamy z całego serca hotel Aquarius Ina pewno znów przyjedziemy ♥️

Super hotel na letni wypoczynek. Pokoje,restauracja, obsługa, jedzenie i czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Trochę drogo ale warto. Parking podziemny,baseny strefy dla dzieci każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Do plaży kawałek spacerkiem z 5 minut.Polecam

tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, der SPA-Bereich bot alle Annehmlichkeiten (inkl. Bademeisterin), das Frühstück war hervorragend, ein dickes Plus: Nähe zum Strand (man muss lediglich über einen Parkplatz laufen), für Kinder ist genügend Abwechslung (kleiner Spielplatz, Seilrutsche, etc.)

W hotelu Aquarius przebywaliśmy w dniach 09-14.10.2022. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Było wspaniale. Cichy, spokojny pokój z dala od windy i schodów. Cicho. Przy zakwaterowaniu pomoc portiera przy wniesieniu bagaży do pokoju. jedzenie na śniadaniach obiadokolacjach smaczne, przebogate i zróżnicowane. Korzystaliśmy także z normalnych obiadów. Wszystko było ok. tylko ceny mogłyby być trochę niższe. A może wprowadzić lunche tak jak w hotelu Grand Lubicz w Ustce ?Obsługa hotelu w recepcji, restauracji i panie sprzątające uprzejme i pomocne. Świetna pływalnia ( często bylem sam na pływalni) składająca się z basenu sportowego, rekreacyjnego i dla dzieci. Fitness club także bardzo dobrze wyposażony. To wszystko w ramach oferty. Nie bylo żadnego powodu, aby się do czegoś przyczepić. No jedynie pani z rej. PZ... biorąca udział w jakimś sympozjum, tak zablokowała mi samochód przy wyjeździe że miałem problem z wyjazdem. Dlatego dołóżcie 10 zł do parkingu i parkujcie w parkingu podziemnym. Na chamstwo i bezmyślność nie m rady. W każdym bądź razie , jeśli finanse i zdrowie pozwolą na pewno tu wrócę. Zwłaszcza, że do morza i promenady kilka kroków.
