The location was good and our check in was very late In fact we reached the hotel at 3AM, but there was no issue in check-in
The person available was cooperative and gave us room in minutes.
We left the hotel at 5:30 am to catch the train from Howrah station Taxi was easily available

Send one group of 18 pax but got complain from guests related to room service.Water was not served despite of several reminders . Not managed by professionals & value was not justified accor to price.

Not provided a single mineral bottle as a complimentary, the same is chargeable. No proper hot water service. No house keeping response when needed

Hotel is good, room cleaning (3/5, room service (2. 5/5, kit provided (1/5) they don't provide kits like dental, shaving, comb etc. Food quality is average but considerable, complementary breakfast is limited upto rs. 200- few staff members behaves a little unprofessional

On 25th night, one room of the hotel caught fire, so all room Evacuated. On 26 th I have my practical exam so I couldn't sleep properly. we got to know that on 24th aug some other room also caught fire. The study light in my room was not working and repaired after 24 hour. In top floor which I am staying, the window a.c.making noise like anything during rain. Quality of food is bad.

The rooms were full of insects and cockroaches. The hotel never done any pest control. The rooms were smelling and even the bathroom. Adding salt to injury, the hotel manager was extremely rude and arrogant also some of the on duty reception staff were rude. Not worth staying. Mmt should duelist this hotel
