The owner was very rude and did not bothered about customer or customer service. Kept saying mmt people don't pay him and all which was totally irrelevant to talk about to us. He wanted us to follow rules like kids staying in hostel like come back to room before 12 midnight or else u can't enter the premises n all which cannot be applicable when it's 31 st dec and people prefer to celebrate at midnight. They were unnecessarily delaying the handover of keys after reaching the hotel saying its around 10 pm and u have reached late and our check in timings are different n we don't allow late check in inspite of full advance payment for the room. Car parking area is very small and not properly maintained and managed. My car wheels air pressure was too low next morning and i saw puncture signals on the dashboard when it was perfect the previous night so not sure if it's safe to park also rats bite the wires and my abs sensor was not working and my car i had to take to service station and spent a good time and money to repair that. The owner called post midnight irrespective if telling him that we will talk tmrw and asked to remove car or give keys to him which was very unprofessional behaviour.
