Chambre spacieuse et propre. Un peu loin de la piscine, au fond d’un chemin. Personnel très agréable sauf une personne hautaine et impolie à l’accueil qui parle aussi mal au personnel qu’aux clients. Petit dej buffet super !

In a very pleasant and quite busy location by the beach. Lots of "life", restaurants and activities offered in the immediate proximity of the resort. Our room was big and very comfortable with a pleasant terrace to enjoy the sunset. Great selection of dishes for breakfast... Overall an excellent choice for our first two nights in Koh Tao.

Great location, amazing staff, one of the best hotel views I’ve ever had. Room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Definitely recommend.

This hotel gives you the impression online that you will have a sea-view room that includes a private pool. These rooms are available, however, you are most likely to get a room 5 minutes away from these rooms above a dirty construction area. The rooms are in a corridor with no privacy at all. They have sliding glass doors with only a curtain to cover the whole wall. As we arrived, we noticed the bathroom sink pipe was not connected securely, so water would constantly leak and insects were able to come through the hole where the water was dispensed. There is no space to shower as the shower is location slightly above the toilet in an already tight bathroom. During our stay here, there was loads of bugs crawling on the wall, and most nights, we noticed them crawling onto our bed right next to our pillow. The location of the hotel is fine, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main areas.

We stayed at Koh Tao Heritage for 11 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for access along Sairee and also close to Mae Haad pier. The room was clean and very spacious. Only complaints were the bathroom was quite dated and the bed was really really hard to lay on. It had really good reliable wifi and Netflix available in the room. The staff were friendly and always topped us up with water and tea/coffee every morning. The swimming pool area is actually really nice and good place to chill. However the small private beach is quite rocky and not the nicest to swim at. They offer a laundry service and there is also scooter rental right opposite the reception. Can’t fault our time at Heritage and would happily stay again!

This hotel has good quality rooms and a nice pool next to a small beach. Location is good with restaurants and the big beach very close. We did not book breakfast in advance and it turned out to be the best option. Good breakfast restaurants were nearby and cheaper. We didn't make use of the bar or restaurant here. It is good for rooms and pool but little else which suited us. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were given a free ride to the pier to get the ferry.

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Big balconies, option for views of the pier and bay. Pool is nice but very little option for shade. Its in a quiet part of the town so very little disturbance. Only real issue is that the rooms face each other very close by so there is no privacy without closing all the curtains.

Stayed for 3 nights at the deluxe sea view with balcony. Amazing view all day. Gets a bit hot during the evening due to the windows facing west. Bathroom has this horrid smell that never goes away. I told the manager about it but nothing’s been done to fix the issue. The property looks dated so that might also explains the bathroom situation. Housekeeping is done daily but you need to remember to leave the key at the front desk before leaving for the day. There’s a swimming pool but it’s kinda small. There’s also a tiny beach nestle behind the rocks. Overall it was a pleasant stay except for that bathroom.

Me and my sisters are staying at The Heritage hotel for some days, and we love it here. The rooms are nice and clean, good beads, tv with Netflix on it and enough space in the rooms. The staff also come with water/the/coffee and new toiletpaper everyday. We specially like Nancy who works in the reception, she is so nice and helpfull. If you need anything ask Nancy!
