Great service by the staff. But for the room, the floor become slippery after air conditioner is turned on. The mattress is also a bit hard.

It is a decent hotel with a great swimming pool. Location isn’t perfect, but, it is no far from Chaweng Beach. Breakfast can be better and Wifi didn’t work well. In general, good value for price.

Very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone, very good view and location of the hotel, there is a good air conditioner, and a beautiful view from the window, the staff is very nice, smiling people who will always help you find what you are looking for

Good place, just a little far from everything. Not within walking distance to anything. They do have free shuttle to the main areas, but then you’re limited by the time schedule. Great pool, great staff.

Lovely place nice and quiet, great staff too, have a free hourly bus to take you to the beach also

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a free transport from other hotel to get here. Also I love their free shuttle service to Chaweng public beach. I’ll stay longer in this hotel as it makes life easier, thank you for all your effort @ Chaweng Noi pool villa

Big comfortable room and good breakfast. Staff is really kind. Doors are thin and you can hear the nearby street.

Nice hotel and friendly staff , I stayed in villa with private pool with jacuzzi... Villa was very big and comfortable... Breakfast was buffet near swimming pool

I really liked the hotel. It was quiet, the room and balcony were spacious, the staff were friendly and the general atmosphere was very good. My one criticism is that the dividers between the balconies don’t fully cover the space between the balconies. It would be better for privacy and noise control if there was a dividing wall between them. Overall, I would stay again and I recommend this hotel.

It's nice pool villa with friendly staff, but the pool view was blocked by a hedge, and the bath had a broken plughole. The pool was nice, however.
