Very nice and well maintained hotel, great breakfasts, friendly staff

The hotel was a delight as always. A quiet, cozy oasis. Delicious, varied food, clean, well-kept grounds, responsive staff. We will definitely return.

Small cozy hotel. The area is beautiful and well-groomed, a lot of greenery, fish, the reception is decorated with fresh flowers, there is fruit for guests. You can use the pool and sun loungers on the beach, there is a bar, you can have a snack. Breakfast is not extensive, but there is fresh fruit, fresh juice, an egg station, Thai dishes, and pastries. The room also had everything you needed, but there was no place to relax, only on the balcony. But the neighbors smoked on the balcony, although we had a non-smoking room and sitting on the highway was always possible. In general, the price-quality ratio is normal.

It's OK, but the hotel is a bit small.

The moment I opened the room, the blue sea was right in front of me, and I fell in love with it. Watching the sea on the balcony, drinking juice, listening to music, blowing in the wind and wanting to do nothing else. The room is very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool. The buffet is also very good. The hotel has direct access to the sea. Beach loungers and towels are all prepared for guests. It is very considerate. The sister at the front desk has a very good attitude. The waiters are also very polite. No Like other hotels, they ignore Chinese people. The sea in Lamai is much cleaner than that in Chaweng. Many people are swimming and there are many activities around the beach. It is a great stay experience and a five-star rating.

The beach and beach infrastructure are not worth the price. The reception attitude of *** at the front desk is very bad, the young people are very nice, the gardener is also very good, and the restaurant service is also very average, not like a hotel, but like a very ordinary homestay. My worst hotel experience abroad staying here.

We were picked up at the airport and treated to cool drink during our easy check in. The deluxe sea view rooms are Thai style and beautiful. The beds huge and soft. The bathroom is lovely with a stand alone bath and a seperate rainfall shower. The view from the balcony is amazing especially in the evening. The staff really make this hotel. They are really polite and friendly. Fern on the main desk answered all our questions and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The pool isnt huge but fine for the size of the hotel and being an infinity pool it felt as though you were on the beach. The hotel is right next to a lovely beach. While we were there the sea was flat and like a warm bath. Small fish were swimming around our feet. The breakfasts were really good. Plenty of choice every day with European and Thai dishes and lots of fresh fruit. I would thoroughly recommend fhis hotel. I will go back there when I return to Koh Samui

This was our second visit to this wonderful oasis in paradise. From check-in to check-out, nothing has been too much trouble for the superb staff at the Jasmine. The buffet breakfast is the best start to the day possible, with a wide selection of food to choose from. We liked the array of fresh fruit. Most days were spent laying by the pool or by the sea edge. Plenty of beds were available each day. Lunches and Dinners are varied and all cooked fresh and, while similarly priced to what you can find in town, are of a much higher standard. Big shout to Rain, who kept us hydrated with beers and cocktails. Meh, Dear, Mod and all the other serving staff looked after us like we were family. Our room was cleaned and serviced daily by the ever smiling ladies (sorry I didn't know their names) Heartily recommend this hotel, right by the beach at Lamai x

Initial opinion told me this was a fantastic place to be, it’s true as others have reported that the hotel is in a great location, the staff are all wonderful and the rooms are lovely. We booked for 4 nights over the new year period. The ocean view room was amazing although not to sure about the open plan bathroom, every member of staff was polite and the beach and pool were amazing. However this place isn’t without issues, there seemed to be a lack of management giving no direction to staff so when there are issues no one seems to know what to do to sort things out. Our room had intermittent hot water a problem that seems to be across the hotel. We decided to try the restaurant for new yers eve, big mistake, after ordering we were presented with food from another table before our starters even arrived, out main then came before the starters and as soon as we finished our starters the 2 of the 3 mains arrived straight away with the 3rd arriving 20 minutes later. The one thing however that future visitors should be aware of is the beach bar 3 doors down which plays house music from 1pm till late so if you want a relaxing rest by the pool or for that matter a decent nights sleep you might as well forget it.

Booking was confirmed by AUTO - response that had a statement of " we received your reservation and Look forward to welcoming you at Jasmin Samui" but when I emailed them regarding payment options I never received a response. Fast Forward a week before departure I decided to call them on the telephone and asked for further confirmations since no payment details was requested by them which is unusual. The response I received was that there isn't a reservation for me . Now, we are scrambling to find a place to stay and there isn't anymore rooms except the junior suite which was not within my budget and all other hotels within the vicinity had only the most expensive rooms. Had I been notified there isn't a room available for our dates a month ago (when I made the reservations) We would not have to overpay on hotel accomodations a week prior to departure. DO NOT TAKE THEIR EMAILS as confirmations unless they specifically say it is confirmed and ask for your credit card information. EVEN though the email said " We look forward to receiving you..." Very misleading/

We spent a very relaxing 4 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Our view from our room was wonderful and the hotel staff in all areas were second to none. Food was delicious, cocktails on the beach sublime and the rooms were well appointed and had everything you need. A really great little hotel with a nice atmosphere.

Currently here and unfortunately leave tomorrow. This place is a gem, the staff are impeccable and will go above and beyond to make your holiday a memorable experience. We were scheduled to get picked up this morning to go on a tour of the elephant sanctuary, however the transfer never turned up. The management made numerous calls to the company but they had missed us off and wanted to rearrange, however as we are going home tomorrow this was not an option. They did all they could to get us there and ended up getting their own driver in (from the hotel) who then took us straight to the sanctuary so we could fulfil our dream visit!! Truly great service! To the hotel itself. Rooms are very clean, modern and have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Hot shower, jacuzzi bath, spacious bathroom and bedroom with all mod cons. Pool and beach are very nice with a bar if you fancy a nice cold drink. Restaurant located overlooking the pool and beach is also a great selling point. Food is great and we ate here in the evenings on a couple of occasion’s also. We stayed for 6 days and would not hesitate to book again, truly a memorable experience with fantastic hospitality!

A fabulous stay in a beautiful Seaview room .all facilities including breakfast were good . We were shocked to find the complete opposite of this heavenly place on the street side which was like Benidorm on crack. Drunks,drugged up crazies on motorbikes and scooters, gogo bars and massage ,teeming with people and unsafe walking. We returned to the heavenly side from hell and enjoyed the tranquility of the beachside restaurants and bars in peace. Particularly liked "the bamboo "for dinner and drinks .

I am so happy to come here to the perfect paradise . Every staff is so amazing, so kind . Everything is so clean .We choosed the right place to celebrate my birthday . We comeback very soon again. Big hug.
