Had a great experience

Добрый день ! Бронировала в этом отеле виллу с маленьким бассейном , мне очень понравилась приватная обстановка ! Вилла располагалась через дорогу . Вы полностью окружены стенами , которые обвивают растения , вилла с ванной комнатой , которая видно недавно было отремонтирована ! В самой вилле мебель не новая но оформлена в тайском стиле и меня это все совершенно устраивало за те деньги , которые стоит данный вариант проживания , который полностью приватен и обычно стоит дороже если смотреть другие отели . В бассейне есть красивая подсветка разноцветная и три подводных массажных душа , которые отлично разминают . В номере не попалось насекомых ! Персонал на ресепшен хороший. Персонал в ресторане медлительный . Завтраки очень не плохие , но кофе машинка не зерновая и кофе совсем не очень . А так стандартный набор присутствует , плюс две разновидности тайских блюд . Насчет пляжа - он спокойный , я отдыхала в апреле и тут почти нет ветра , было от этого очень жарко и душно . Плюс мелко. Но кто-то обожает мелкую воду - выбирайте сами. Закаты правда очень красивые . До ламай ехать 20-25 минут на мопеде.

Брал номер в здании где расположено лобби. В целом все хорошо. Брал отель только из-за того что люблю пляжи на этой стороне острова Липа Ной. На виллах у них не отдыхал. Просто коротал время на пляже. Завтраки - скудные. Но в 100 метрах от отеля есть кафе (The outback Cafe Lipanoi - найдите в картах Гугл) с хорошими английскими завтраками. Молодая хозяйка, очень трепетно подходит к каждому запросу. Так же много ресторанов в соседних отелях по всему берегу но на 3+

Замечательный камерный отель. 12 больших просторных вилл и корпус с номерами. Аутентичное дизайн комнат, хороший пляж, небольшой бассейн. Завтрак и ресторан оставляет желать лучшего, но это не проблема. По соседству отличный ресторан на пляже. Напротив есть магазинчики и уличные кафе с низкими ценами.

Хороший отель. Соответствует цены и качеству, обслуживания. Море шикарное.

Le Kanok Buri est un bon hôtel sa localisation excentré vous permettra d'être "au calme*" et en bord de plage. * il y as pas mal de nuisances sonores liées aux insectes et animaux en tout genre. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et dans les prix de l'hôtel à part les cocktail à 300bath que je trouve chère mais ils sont très bon. Venons en aux chambres et chalets les chambre sont vieilles comme la plupart des hôtels Thaïlandais au budget moyens, les chalets sont vieux aussi. Fonctionnalités de la chambre ok mais la sdb as du mal la douche est petite et fonctionne à moitier la baignoire jacuzzi fonctionne mais il faut pas être pressé car faible débit d'eau. Pour le chalet tout pareil sauf que la sdb est plus fonctionnelle mais avec le même débit d'eau. Propreté dans les 2 tout est propre les lits les draps le sol etc seul point faible de leur nettoyage les douches et baignoires montre quelque trace de poussière ou de sable etc. Mon avis personnel c'est un bon hôtel mais juste nettoyer un peu les douches et baignoires.

Most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in, definitely not 4 star. We had the last villa on the opposite side of the road to the actual resort, number 910, and they said housekeeping was until 4pm, everyday it got to 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned so we had to chase them up via WhatsApp as there is no phone in the rooms, then they would send someone to ‘clean’ which meant they would only sweep the floor and make the bed, literally took then 5 mins. After 6 nights our bed hadnt been changed once even though there were marks on it from a spilled drink, they just flipped the duvet over thinking we wouldn’t see it, they hadn’t changed our coffee cups, just left used mugs on the side for 4 days so we whatspped them again and they sent the cleaners back and they finally gave us fresh bedding, swept again and mopped for the first time in 6 days, they didn’t clean the shower at all, grime and build up all over the bathroom including the toilet seat. So many fruit flys constantly in the room. We only had 2 more nights so we thought we could deal with the dirt, so we went to the shops, were gone about 20 mins and came back to fresh rat droppings on the bedroom floor. We whatspped again and asked them to send the manager, we got a knock on the door and it was the maintenance man with a stick and a torch to get rid of the rodent, I asked him if he was manager and he said no so I whatspped again and then got told the manager was at the night market and left her phone at reception so didn’t know how long she would be. An hour had passed and they offered no solution so we waited at reception, another hour later 4 employees pulled up, I got told Nong was the manager but when I spoke to Nong she told me the manager isn’t here and was in Bangkok, when I explained the situation to Nong she laughed in my face and said no refund. We demanded contact with the manager so Nong called the manager and through Google translate we heard her telling the manager that we were only trying to save money, when we told her we aren’t trying to save money she said I didn’t say that I said you was asking for a refund but she looked embaressed that we caught her out. They didn’t offer us a new room until we demanded a refund and by that point we didn’t want to be there another second, after she spoke to the manager again we got offered a 3 day refund as ‘we didn’t complain when we first got there’ well there wasn’t rat faeces on the floor when we first got there. Nong and Snow the two ladies on reception were so rude to us and couldn’t care less about our problems, this took 4 hours to ‘resolve’ and we have now checked into another hotel. Please do not waste your money on this hotel, we were refused a taxi to the nearest cash point earlier on in our stay because it was ‘only a 15 minute walk’ which turned out to be an hour round trip mid day in over 30 degree heat and they also refused us a taxi when we left the hotel with all our luggage so we had to walk and get one up the

Amazing staff! Such a unique place with a gorgeous beach. Loved our own private pool villa. The restaurant prepared delicious entrees and yummy drinks at great prices. Loved the Free daily breakfast Buffett. There was no detail they over looked. When my husbands back went out they drove us back and forth to the hospital and stayed to translate for us. We had everything we needed and with a smile by everyone on staff. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Only stayed for one night in the family room with pool. The room was clean and nice and the pool area was also nice. Nothing to fault. The food at the restaurant was really nice which is right on the beach.

When we arrived at 6pm we were made to wait around for 15 minutes before taken to a room. The room we booked was supposed to be luxury but when we got there it was very dated. It had a private pool that needed cleaning so we didn’t use it! Bedroom and bathroom are clean, if you can get this room discounted sure, it’s ok, but don’t pay full price for this, I’d say it’s worth $50 a night max

We stayed here for 4 nights on Koh Samui, and found the grounds to be amazing and well looked after, the room was great with only one note id say is the AC only works with the key so it had AC off all day and took an hour to cool it back down. Breakfast was good, staff were good and helped us rent a motorbike. Overall a nice experience.

Les photos de l’hôtel quel’on peut voir sur les différents sites ne sont pas très représentatives de l’hôtel! Oui les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses bien que vieillottes ! L’hôtel tout entier l’est … Par contre les parties communes ne sont pas du tout entretenues : les transats et les parasols sont cassés , les chaises et tables du restaurant écaillées ! D’autre part la piscine n’offre pratiquement pas de parasols ni de transats ! Par contre l’hôtel possède un très joli jardin lui aussi peu entretenu … Un petit rafraîchissement en ferait un endroit delicieux
