Ulasan TUI BLUE The Passage

Was little problem with the room, I didn’t get the room that I ordered, But the management fixed it somehow and gave me another room still not what I ordered but it was okay.

We stayed 6 nights in a Deluxe Room and it was wonderful! The resort was not lacking in any way; the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was idyllic! We also highly recommend if you desire a stay away from the busy atmosphere of other locations.

We loved this hotel very much ! Everything was perfect ! I am sure we will come back again :)

The property is absolutely beautiful, too bad the rooms don’t match. The bed was horrible. Very lumpy and full of loose springs. The shower pressure was like a water gun and the water doesn’t get hot. It seems as though this hotel is understaffed. The staff was good, typical Thai service, but they all seemed so tired. I stayed 2 days and the same people worked all day and night both days. A lot of guests were sneezing and sniffling, when I arrived. 1 day later, I was too. I suspect there is a mold issue in the rooms or some other allergen present. I hope this place can reach its potential with updated rooms and more staff.

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Passage on Samui. The hotel and Staff are truly excellent and do everything to make sure that your stay is as perfect as possible. All Staff on the hotel was fantastic but Cat and Ben in the restaurant was just further fantastic – catering to all our needs and just very pleasant company to be around and enjoy some small talk with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom "villa" with a private pool and that was simply just perfect for our family vacation, we had a small "kitchen" / lounge area besides the 2 bedrooms, where the kids often had dinner from room service. The private pool is not very large, but it was very easy and nice for the kids to quickly jump into the pool and when we wanted more the hotel offered 3 large pools on the hotel grounds. The hotel is right on the beach and right in front of the hotel the beach is clear of rocks and coral. - There are corals to both sides of the hotel and further out as well, which makes this beach very protected. When we stayed at the hotel the tide was out most of the day, which made the beach very shallow and not good for swimming, so for beach swimming we had to get up and complete this in the mornings. Everything about this hotel we will highly recommend, both for families with kids, but also for adults seeking a nice, relaxed vacation - there are plenty of room for both at the same time. The hotel is a bit away from everything else, so some kind of private transportation is highly recommended.

Schöne , saubere Hotelanlage, direkt am  sauberen und wunderschönen Strand. Für unseren Geschmack zu europäisch und leider kein Thailand- Feeling

安靜的海灘，沒有很多遊人，美麗的落日海灘！ 設施：酒店別墅，泳池，健身房都配套。 在海邊渡過了三天的時光。早上自助餐樣式稍稍少了些，但聽海浪吃早餐非常愜意了。服務員都很友善，蘇梅島的微笑！ 島的西南面稍微偏了點，外出吃喝相對沒有班普查文方便。但非常寧靜舒適。如果久住，摩託和租車是最好的方式。希望有機會再來蘇梅島看日落。

Сам отель очень понравился. Зелёная территория, все чисто, классный бассейн, видно что стараются для гостей сделать максимальный сервис. Красная рыба на завтрак, вода в стеклянных бутылках, приветственный сок, и многие другие мелочи. Объездили несколько пляжей на Самуи - этот пляж лучший, что мы встречали. Да, есть отлив, те купаться можно до обеда, дальше уже мелковато. С 8 до 14 мне кажется вполне достаточно времени чтобы накупаться. Вода - самая прозрачная что мы видели на Самуи. Водорослей нет, камней нет, вообщем супер. Только Самуи с этой стороны закаты. Персонал очень приветливый. Единственный минус это расположение. Туристов в отеле и рядом очень мало. В пешей доступности практически ничего нет. Надо ехать 20 минут на байке или такси в ближайший городок. Байк 300 батт в день

這是一家特別不錯的度假村，老闆是德國人。在這裏很少碰到中國人，絕大多數都是法國和德國的遊客。早餐不錯，沙灘景色很美，尤其是夕陽特別好看。

酒店外環境好，早餐很好吃，游泳方便。選擇裏個酒店是最正確的。
