Marasca Samui - Intimate Beachfront Escape on Chaweng

Very trendy hotel! The pool club cocktails and breakfast are delicious!

酒店非常的新，剛開業不久，設計也不錯，價格説實話在蘇梅島不貴了，餐也OK，游泳池的Cabana很適合朋友一起玩，8000Bhat最低效就可以用兩層Cabana一天。Spa90分鐘才1900bhat, 也是吃驚了，比其他五星級酒店便宜好多。出門超級熱鬧，走路到Central也就十分鐘。床墊很棒，Mini Bar免費的，是SLH的新酒店。有三個缺點，一是挨着機場非常近超級低空早上很早就被飛機吵醒了，二是晚上旁邊Party聲音估計到四點才能睡着，三是廁所竟然沒做乾濕分離，潔癖患者有點難受了。所以衹推薦給本來就去Party的人和睡覺非常不輕的人，否則真的慎選！

We stayed at marasca for 7 nights in September and wow what an amazing experience it was. From entering the hotel the staff on reception couldn’t be anymore helpful, they was so polite and friendly. The decor within the reception and throughout the whole hotel is absolutely stunning. It was my partners birthday during our stay and when we entered our room, it had been decorated with a birthday banner and plaque which was so thoughtful and added a special touch. Breakfast at cabanas which is within the hotel is absolutely amazing, so much variety to choose from, there’s definitely something for everyone. The breakfast service ran so smoothly and all the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The day/night food and drink menu for cabanas is also spot on, there’s an array of different dishes from different nationalities to choose from. There’s lots of great activities to do throughout the day from morning exercise classes to daytime masterclasses. I also love that at 16:30pm you can get free ice cream from the cart near reception, it’s something to look forward to each day! Me and my partner had a massage one day in the spa which was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend. The staff in the spa was so professional and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our overall experience at this hotel was absolutely remarkable and I would like to give a special shout out to some of the staff who made mine and my partners stay here even more amazing. Zen is an amazing bar tender, he is so funny and his smile lit up the whole bar area. Non, Sai, Ham and Ant were also so amazing and hard working, they all truly know how to make guests feel so welcomed and can not do enough for you. ITT, all I can say is wow, what a lovely young man, he is so helpful, funny and just a dream to be around. Last but certainly not least, Adam, he is so hard working, funny, intelligent, so helpful and just a pleasure to be around all day at the beach. Everyone joins in to help one another which is why everything runs so smoothly. Chris is a super F&B manager and also made us feel so welcome and you can tell he really does have his staffs best interests at heart. Overall I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone above and those who’s names I’ve missed, you all made mine and my partners holiday one to remember and you all touched our hearts with your kindness and all the effort you put into our stay. Amazing stay at the brand new Marasca Samui. Beachfront hotel with huge room and at the heart of Ko Samui at Chaweng. Great Activities everyday for free. I did Muay Thai, Yoga and also used their complimentary Kayak. They also offer complimentary Paddle Board for guests.

I recently stayed at this property in Samui, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff were generally unhelpful and seemed to lack proper knowledge. Only one gentleman on the morning shift was attentive and supportive. The F&B team was unfriendly and appeared to prioritize foreign guests. The amenities provided were insufficient for the number of in-house guests. While the room itself was satisfactory, I don’t believe this property meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. Having visited Samui over 10 times, this was by far the most disappointing stay.

Good location in Samui and close to the beach. It's a small luxury hotel with nice room and decoration. It makes me feel like home as the hotel concept, and the staff are very friendly. The Cabanas Beach Club is also good with nice music and DJ. Would like to go go back again.

Beyond expectations to found this hotel in the middle of Chaweng Beach. Although the hotel is near restaurants and bars it is very quiet inside the hotel. Service is excellent from check-in to check-out. front desk staff is friendly and professional, housekeeping is also excellent. The food at Cabana Beach Club is delicious. And there are many activities to do during stay. I really enjoyed the yoga class Another great hotel I recommend you to stay.

The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms and a friendly staff. Special mention to Tony at the front desk, who made our stay even better with his warm personality. He’s always smiling, very approachable, and provided us with excellent advice about the hotel and local attractions. Highly recommended!

This hotel is cozy but luxurious located in the center of Chaweng beach area. The decoration is quite unique with warm service from front staff. Visit Cabanas beach club on Thursday, they have special event with live band and free-flow sangria.
