Excellent hotel, renovated, clean rooms, very polite staff, most importantly 200 meters to the beach. I would like to thank the girls from the reception, Sarisa and Natty, they helped a lot with searching for information in Oman, finding the companies I needed, telling me how to get there, and thanks for the room with a gorgeous view of the sea. I will definitely come here only. I recommend this hotel.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was particularly convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I especially want to recognize Receptionist's for her friendly and attentive service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be beneficial if the breakfast cost could be included in the room rate. Currently, it's listed as a separate expense. This would make budgeting and overall pricing more transparent for guests. Thank you again for a great stay!

Hotel is very accessible, near to airport, supermarket and fast food (Pizza Hut). Is it very clean also and staff is kind and approachable.

I just loved the hotel. The rooms are big and the air conditioning is very powerful. You need good air conditioning in the heat of the city. Housekeeping did a good job and the rooms were very clean every day. I loved the swimming pool. My room was on the 5th floor, as is the pool. I was swimming every morning. Breakfast at 3 R. was good. Nearby is a convenience store, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, and ATM. Good transport to the rest of the city. Overall a very good hotel and I had a good stay.

Nice quiet location

I had a connection flight in Muscat so I booked this hotel because it located in 15 minutes from airport. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I stayed just one night and when I check out I asked to help me with taxi and everything gone well. So thank you and I surely recommend this hotel for tourists like me. I felt safe and well-being these time. Near from hotel you can find a couple of cafés with traditional food. Btw I choose this place bc of location next to waterfront.

受付のタイ人女性の対応がとても良かったです。 マスカット中心部までは少し距離があるのであまり中心部へ行かない人には良いホテルだと思います。

千萬別在攜程預訂 ***坑人 一點也不為客户考慮 用了10多年攜程 真是瞎了眼了 垃圾平台 預訂後由於簽證原因在吉達機場沒去了阿曼 下午6點多提交退訂申請 把情況説明和沒能去了的證據一併提交了 攜程第一天跟我説沒聯繫上酒店 除去時差 他媽晚上7點聯繫不上酒店？是你攜程的問題還是酒店的問題？結果第二天告訴我沒和酒店協調了全額退款 攜程衹知道保自己的利益 不考慮客户的利益及感受 雖説是平台給我擔一半的房價損失 這是不是攜程造成的呢？沒有跟酒店24小時溝通的機制跟客户有什麼關係 這點保障都沒有客户要你攜程平台做什麼？心寒至極！請大家千萬不要再用攜程 服務 哪他媽有什麼服務 再也不用攜程了 已經是第二次出現嚴重問題了 所以這不是偶發 ****攜程平台
