Good very! Beatyful

It was a very nice beach and the cabins were fine but the hard access made a bit tricky. Also the service was not the best. Specially the reception. The restaurant guy, Leo, made it up for the not friendly receptionist. There’s not much to do and the pool was closed the two days we were there so it was a bit boring. But it’s ok to unwind and relax I guess

I had FOUR different bookings because they won’t let me book two rooms at the rate they appear. As they were speculating with fool look party, they wanted to keep rooms available to overcharge last minute.

Actually never made it the property. Upon arriving in phangan, I was informed that I would have to take another boat to access the resort. I decided that it wasn't convenient enough so I stayed at a more convenientI location. Heard the beach is really nice.

Awful, DO NOT BOOK. Nothing was stated that it’s impossible to get taxi to this resort and have to get a taxi to the other side of the island and a taxi boat to this resort anywhere. We got to the island last 7pm and was unable to get boat round anyways and was left stranded with no other option than to book another resort. Resort was not interested in offering any refund after spending £300 too.

The location is only accessible through taxi boat. That was not communicated to me My son was biten by a street dog and we needed to go the hospital every day so the location was very problematic Unfortunately the manager refused to give us a refund, showed no understanding nor willingness to find an arrangement and was even insulting. I don't recommend this place!!

Super Personal, gutes Essen, sauberes Zimmer. Strand etwas Müll aber das Personal kümmert sich.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Diese Beach ist wirklich abgelegen und nur Offroad oder mit Boottaxi erreichbar.Dies ist nur möglich,wenn das Meer ruhig ist.Wir hatten nicht das Glück,das Meer war unruhig und viel Müll wurde an den Strand gespült. Das Hotelpersonal war bemüht täglich den Strand zu reinigen. Ansonsten ein traumhaftes Plätzchen außerhalb der Touristenströme.Empfehlung an das Hotel- kostenlosen Transfer nach Thongsala anbieten.Die Transportkosten sind definitiv zu teuer.

Nem sei por onde começar, sem dúvida a pior experiência que já tive com um hotel. ATENÇÃO!! NUNCA reserve este hotel a não ser que queira ficar isolado num buraco no fim do mundo. O hotel não tem estrada de acesso são cerca de 2km de estrada ingreme e cheia de buracos até lá, apenas consegue aceder de jeep ou 4x4, o seviço de taxi da cidade não vai até lá. Isto faz com que o cliente fique dependente do serviço de transfer fornecido pelo hotel a um preço absurdo de caro. Cada vez que quiser sair do hotel para ir até à zona movimentada da ilha prepare-se para gastar bastante dinheiro. A alternativa é ficar no hotel que não fornece os serviços mínimos de conforto para uma boa estadia. Não há água quente, não há ar condicionado, não há conecção de wi-fi, a higiene do espaço deixa muito a desejar e a única alternativa para refeições é o restaurante do hotel com muito pouca qualidade e preços caríssimos. Senti-me totalmente enganada com esta reserva, reservei para 3 noites e apenas fiquei uma e nunca me devolveram o dinheiro das 2 outras noites que não usufrui. No acto da reserva nada indicava a falta de condições em geral, pelo que, contactei o operador de reserva que após várias tentativas me disse que o hotel não iria devolver o dinheiro. O staff do hotel não fala inglês e não querem saber da sua situação, nada fizeram para nos ajudar, foram extremamente mal educados e antipáticos. Quando chegamos ao quarto extremamente cansados da viagem nem água quente tinhamos para um banho decente ainda por cima tinhamos um lagarto morto no quarto e formigas por todo o lado. Nem gel de duche fornecem, as toalhas são de péssima qualidade bem como os lençois que cheiravam a mofo e claramente não estavam limpos. Enfim uma experiencia a não repetir foi dinheiro jogado ao lixo.

No puedo opinar sobre limpieza e instalaciones porque no pude ni llegar, la ubicación esta muy apartada, tanto que no llegan los taxis solo se puede ir en barco y desconozco si en moto se puede llegar tampoco, servicio lo catalogo como nefasto ya que no te ayudan en nada a la hora de intentar trasladarte al hotel ni tampoco en cancelar la reserva, Jamas lo paguen por anticipado.

The place was run down and dirty. It wasnt the hidden paradise I was expecting. The staff were really unfriendly, with awful service. There is no hot water so you can’t shower properly. Lots of the seating was broken and the pool was filthy. They are charging premium prices for an historic reputation that is no longer warranted.
