Room was neet and good and bed was very comfortable and the people in that hotel were humble and the received us every time with smiling face and they are always ready to rectify any of problems in the rooms and their services was very satisfying

Best place to stay with family, friendly staff, rooms are kept clean, especially family rooms are big, this also has good canteen, canteen staffs are friendly and adoptable to the instant orders, that too nominal price, i can say lower than the out side food, clean and food is like home made, we tried both veg and non-veg, thanks Tripadviror for listing this hotel, which is budget friendly

very bad amenities, fraud staffs. beware, they will try to steal money from you. bad smell everywhere. no maintenance. poor parking. not recommended if you like peaceful stay. toilets are worse than a public toilet. dont ever think to eat from their restaurant.

I went to with my family but rooms not cleaned properly. They gave servent rooms not a guest rooms. Rooms is not clean and walls shows very dirty. Smell also very bad. I asked to change a room to manager but he replied we won't change the rooms very roued. Wifi not working, plug points not working, TV not working in standard room , water leaking in bathrooms. Don't Book rooms in this hotel especially standard room. They asked 1000 rs extra for extra bed but not give the bill also . Very very unhappy in this hotel. I will never book this hotel again.

They charged an extra 500 for a bed, for my children with less than 10 years old. Below are the services, that I did not like. 1. The Intercom is not working and the line was broken. 2. Hot water is not served at the provided time. 3. Food is too costly (breakfast and dinner) Below are the services, that I like. 1. Room service boys are good and friendly.

It has been a great stay. Great hospitality. Really liked the front office manager and the canteen staff were really helpful. We had stayed for3 nights and the family really liked it. The flip side though is that it is little away from the lake, but not a big botheration

The room and the bathroom was uncomfortable and everything was just terrible in general. The walls on the rooms had fungus which was bad for people with allergies. The room service was the worst and the people were not friendly . Definetly dont reccommend this and dont even come here.

A Budget friendly hotel in kodaikanal. clean and tidy room with all essential amenities. perfect for solo stay. food options could have been better especially for vegetarian options. Recommended for people who'd like to have a pleasant stay in kodaikanal
