Honestly front desk lady who checked us in was not welcoming, rather rude. Misunderstanding happened shortly due to carpark issues. She came to rectify the issue and I apologise and thank her. Overall. Good service

I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage. While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

It’s convenient with all the transportation stations nearby, just a bit walking distance to shopping malls. For family trips with children and elderly, it is good enough with its location.

rei 的位置一直都很優秀 坐落三宮 所有核心區都可以輕鬆坐巴士到達 格離仲有巴士總站 去遠啲一樣係無問題 房間質素穩定但無驚喜

住宿體驗非常棒，地理位置也很好，樓下就是LAWSON超商，步行5分鐘還有大型超市可採買，房間乾淨且空間也不小，重點還有浴缸可泡澡，接待人員親切有禮貌

連鎖酒店就是不一樣，地理位置好，就在神户三宮站出來沒多遠的地方，房間偏小但夠用，床單毛巾乾淨整潔，大堂也挺寬敞的，每層樓還有取水機，非常方便。

位置點贊，第一次來神户，感覺比大阪好逛好多！ 酒店就在三宮站附近，附近很多好吃的小店、甜品店，離三宮巴士總站也很近出行非常方便！周邊吃喝買非常方便，推薦！ 其他設施、房間大小就是日本酒店的樣子。 前台可以自助入住，很方便！

酒店很方便，門口就是一個全家，酒店客人可以刷房卡走邊門進入，非常方便。出門左轉就是一個葯房。酒店大堂在2樓，大堂有免費咖啡，還有一個磅秤，方便量行李重量。大堂接待員，也都很客氣，服務很好。

三宮の駅から10分以内で歩いていけるし、異人館や南京町まで歩いて15分20分くらいでいけたので利便性はとてもよかったです。 チェックインの前とチェックアウトしたあとも荷物も預かってもらえてすごく助かりました 加湿器歩けどあんまり加湿できないくらい乾燥してたので対策は必要でしたが、部屋はキレイでつかいやすかったし、朝も余裕があってゆっくり過ごせて大満足です。

可以在大堂自助機上自己辦理入住，且有中文界面，非常貼心和便捷。大堂經理也會在旁邊待機，有問題可以諮詢。 房間整潔乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，隔音蠻好的。 🚃 交通：各種三宮/三ノ宮站（JR/西神山手線/阪神本線/海岸線）近在咫尺，去哪裡都很方便；旁邊走一點就是神户阪急，購物便捷；車站北邊就是熱鬧的商業街和餐飲街，絕對比神户站附近更有生活氣息；距離機場大巴的站點也更近，來去機場也更便利。

房間小，因為是週末入住房費不含早餐近一千。感覺不值這個價格。衞生一般，房間窗户不能打開。吹風機很臟，吹風口有很多絮狀物，難以接受。辦理入住和退房都是自助的。優點就是離車站近。
