Good location near center of business area but restroom and toilet not clean. Staff is OK.

Very well located though not so easy to find. The capsule was very good clean and comfortable. But the bathroom was disgusting.

If you are here for 2 - nights it’s fine ..overall experience for the access to metro is amazing ..truly one of the best hostel for transportation access . Pods are not bad .. The toilets definitely needs some reworks as the scent can go crazy 🤪..but place is still great place to move around downtown shopping malls and food markets of shenzen and close access to hongkong louhu ✌️👌

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The toilets were not well-maintained and were not Western-style, which made it uncomfortable for me. Cleanliness was lacking, and it felt inconvenient throughout my stay. This really impacted my experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for basic comfort and hygiene in the facilities.

It’s alright for sleeping a night if you really have to, but REALLY bad quality. It looks nice, but actually experiencing the hotel is not good. The plastic used for the pods make a lot of noise. The first time I got to the hotel, the lights weren’t working for my room and there were screws on the bed. So I got it changed to another room, where the lock was not working. Finally at the third room, I was tired enough so I didn’t care, but the TV was broken. Furthermore, you can hear everything and can’t sleep because someone will be snoring or you can hear footsteps of people walking. Only stay here if you’re genuinely on a budget. It looks cool for sure, but the experience isn’t good. Room also wasn’t clean (see final photo)

The capsule was comfortable for me but I got the queen size bed in a room to myself. I am not sure what the shared rooms are like. I think I will book again the next time I’m in Shenzhen.

The capsule was okay and clean. For one night it is okay to stay there. I was shocked about the washrooms. I have never seen such disgusting and mouldy showers and toilets. I think they clean it everyday but in my opinion they should do a deep cleaning. Anyways, for the price you cannot expect more.

I like the location, but at night people make a lot of noise. The public bathroom is not clean. All in all still acceptable.

Got the double sized bed capsule and it has been fun! Night time in the area is such an amazing experience for me as a first time traveler. So many things to do near by. Just beware if you are from USA this place does have squat toilets. My body isn’t made for squatting that low so bathroom usage was an experience all in its own. Every time I stopped back in to my room to drop things I bought off in my room there was always someone inside cleaning the bathroom’s. Very clean place.

The quality and the price match, overall good experience for someone on a budget

The only thing that is up to standard is the capsules, it has a private TV. The rest are not as good. There was no air conditioning during my stay. It was stale and hot. Although the staff informed customers beforehand, no discount could be given. And the male staff's manner wasn't that friendly, especially to foreigners who try hard to communicate in the local language. The public bathroom and toilet are humid and smell.

The location is great. A lot of food and arcade hall's around. The capsule was cool. Be aware that there are just toilets in the floor you have to squat over. But it seems normal in Shenzhen.
