駅から徒歩5分、旧市街まで徒歩15分、 周りにはスーパーマーケットがあり、飲食店は旧市街に沢山あります。暑い時期だったのでエアコンが付いていて良かったです。ドライヤーはありますが、冷蔵庫はありません。天井が高い部屋だったので広く感じました。 電車での旅行の場合とても便利だったのでおすすめします。

素泊まりで1泊しました。部屋が非常に広かったので悠々と使用することができた印象が特に残っています。シャワーはガラス戸のボックス型で、お湯の出にも問題ありませんでした。鉄道の駅から歩いて5分かからないくらいの便利な立地で、近くにスーパーもあります。旧市街へも平坦な道を徒歩10分強です。目の前の通りをトラムも走っています。チェックイン時には年配のスタッフが、ナンバーロックキーの使い方のほか観光情報も含めて丁寧に説明してくださったので、安心して利用することができました。

位置不錯距離中央火車站很近,服務很好很耐心!房間非常乾淨!尤其是密碼鎖很先進很安全!下次還會考慮入住!

Es hat soweit alles sehr gut gepasst und unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Eine Anregung hätten wir jedoch - wir haben beobachtet, dass beim Frühstückbuffet die Brotkiste für kleine Menschen und Rollstuhlfahrer nicht erreichbar ist. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

We had an excellent stay at the B&B Hotel Graz-HBF. Hotel was well located a few minutes walk from the Central station and had a tram stop down the street. Easily walkable to shops, restaurants and sightseeing in central Graz if you didn't want to take the tram. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful with daily housekeeping. Rooms were a decent size with comfortable beds. For the price paid excellent value.

Well my experience with B&B as a chain has been pretty good and after staying in the superb hotel at Maribor, my expectations were good and then I booked 2 nights at the property in Graz….. It is close to Graz Hbf and only around 5 minutes walk from the railway station. I checked in and thought in reception there was a smell of damp in that area and went to my room. A very big room I admit with quite a comfortable bed but the whole hotel didn’t impress me at all and is so in need of a revamp. I have not found anywhere too nice around the Hbf area (why did the Ibis there close) but this is not somewhere I would return to. Go maybe 5 minutes on a tram to the city and it is beautiful and had many Christmas decorations as it was December.

I was only staying overnight in Graz between trains. This hotel did the job perfectly. About a ten minute walk from the station. My room was enormous! A lot of empty space but that wasn’t a problem. Easily controllable heating and windows that opened, which I always like. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast; lots of cafés nearby.

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: "On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed." Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there.
