Ulasan Doubletree by Hilton Suzhou Wuzhong

The hotel has a nice and beautiful environment, the staff is very kind and many of them can communicate in English. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The breakfast also worth it. I was there with my family for Taihu Marathon, really close to the starting line.

Location is industrial and not many eateries nearby. Hotel staff service is excellent except the mini fridge bar is not working correctly.

The Hotel is quite new, very nice. I have asked for a late check-out at 2 pm which was no problem. It is always difficult to rate the location. It is far away from the citycenter but for my needs, it was very good, a 15 minutes walk to the subway. I did not have breakfast but dinner was good.

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options. Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.

設施新、房間大、風景好！比這些更重要的是，服務超級棒！！！ 前台的王歡，熱情解答各種問題，很有親和力，且給人的感覺，對酒店管理很精通！ 行政酒廊的畢劍霖、羅樂，看到我們是帶娃旅行，對我們格外照顧，細心、耐心！ 行政總廚也很好，給我講解菜品，問我對自助早、晚餐口味滿意否？這裏的餐食很好！ 這麼好的酒店，週末空閑時，一定還會再來。

2號晚上到的，給做了免費升房，服務人員魏燕鳳、餘本田、傅泰增提供了熱情周到的服務！非常感謝🙏！酒店房間設施很新很乾凈，有游泳池，早餐自助也非常豐盛！下次來蘇州還會選擇住在這裏！
