The room was clean and comfortable. Staff services was good and professional.

We enjoyed this place very much. Elegant, breakfast was tastefully done. Hot springs (gold and silver) are authentic. Can not say more. I wish I could give 5.5 rating.

Arriving at night, you'll need to walk for around 10 minutes from the train station to reach the hotel. They offer a free ride to the station only after check-out, so if you want to explore the area before leaving, you'll need to store your luggage at the station. The hotel is overall very nice, comfortable, and offers a substantial breakfast.

The location is not bad. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly.

The onsen is small and nothing special. However, we were able to see someone(naked) in the onsen The dinner wasn't as good as we expected. The breakfast is excellent.

Oriental style hotel. Not too far from the subway station. Very clean. Only 3 rooms on each floor. Medium size hotel. We like the size for an oriental experience. Shared 金湯 and 銀湯 onsen on the 2nd floor.

Great service and great food I had a pleasant stay at the ryokan.

zen japanese interior design, loved every corner of the hotel you wont be able to see many of the other guests who are staying at the hotel as they separate the time you dine/had breakfast and the dining room is all separated spacious room and very friendly staff!

The hotel is in a good location, built on a mountain, with a good view from afar. The public lounge area is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the food and beverage services are very professional. There are ********* lady clerks who can serve in Chinese and are very friendly to Chinese tourists. However, as a hot spring hotel, this one has two fatal flaws. First, the hotel has only one hot spring bath, and the size of this public bath is very small. If it is placed in other hotels, it may only be enough for a private bath. If you focus on the hot spring experience and want to soak in a large bath, this one may not be the first choice. Secondly, the hotel is a pure wooden building with poor sound insulation, and the window of the hotel room faces the generator, which will continue to make huge noise at night. Even wearing earplugs can't stop it, which makes it difficult for me to fall asleep all night. Although I have a good impression of the room and service, I am sorry that the above two defects really affect the experience of hot spring healing. If it can be improved, it will be perfect.

A very clean hot spring hotel with few people. It has both gold and silver hot springs and is purely Japanese style.

The hotel is located on the mountainside above Arima Onsen, suitable for self-driving travelers. We recommend guests to choose the one night with two meals plan, because it is not easy to find a suitable place for dinner in Arima Onsen. Maybe because it is not the peak tourist season, many restaurants close early. I like the hotel's gold and silver baths, which are very relaxing to take a bath in. The hotel also provides free alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, as well as cozy corners for travelers to enjoy, which is also great. But what is strange is that the hotel does not accept children under the age of 12 because it wants to create a quiet environment and constantly reminds everyone to keep quiet. Unfortunately, the women who lived next door to us and several others gathered together to have fun until three or four o'clock, making it the most restless hotel we have ever stayed in. 

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in Japan First of all, the hotel has a private car to pick you up, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the town. The staff service is really great, and several of them can speak Chinese. The food is excellent and the restaurant is a private room with a view The room environment is very comfortable and clean

This is a relatively small hotel, and the hot springs are relatively small, but because there are few guests, I can almost bathe by myself. The waiters were professional and courteous, but not enthusiastic. When we left the hotel, there was no staff to see us off. We have been to many other hot spring hotels, and most of them are very welcoming. The only surprise is that there is all you can drink beer and coffee in the lobby at night.

The hotel environment and location are very good. I made a reservation very late, so I couldn't book a meal or breakfast.
