The hotel is spotlessly clean and though we never used it, has a wonderful swimming pool on a sunny terrace affording great views down to the town, the sea and coast. The breakfast buffet is of a high standard, with plenty of choice. And I purposely leave the best until last. My wife and I have visited Greece for over 40 years, and we say without doubt, that the beds at Kythea Resort are the best and most comfortable, by far, that we have experienced in all that time. The linen and comfort they afford is of the highest standard. Highly recommended hotel."

The rooms are nice and comfortable and provide for a good night's sleep. The room had a balcony that provided a view over the harbor of Diakofti including the sunken ship hull. Just down the road is a taverna that provides excellent food, reasonably priced."
