Great stay for an economical price. Very close to the main mall and walmart and cinelplex which was walking distance. Was quiet. Girls at the front desk and also housekeeping are very kind and considerate. The fact that they have breakfast too at the price is amazing. Rooms were clean and wifi decent.

Nice clean quiet hotel. The Waterloo airport is less than 15 minutes from location and a Tim Hortons is a few minutes down the road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in area.

The hotel was very nice. Just what we needed for a few nights at our competition. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was above expectations. The waffles were a hit!

The front desk staff are super nice and accommodating, the room was very clean, lots of fluffy pillows on the beds, perfectly clean bedding

The bed is comfortable and everything was quite clean. I went here because there was a charging station, but these two spots were taken by non EV vehicles, so maybe better signage in front of the chargers would help? overall good experience

Very clean, and excellent staff. Location is handy but the property isn't is the best area. Lots of breakfast options in their buffet.

We got upgraded to a suite and that was an excellent surprise when travelling with young kids

Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, very clean.Excellent breakfast with lot’s of choices. Only downfall is there is No shuttle service to the airport. We enjoyed our stay there would stay again!
