Kami tinggal di sini selama seminggu sebelum COVID, jadi kembali selama dua hari sebelum terbang pulang. Sayangnya, Oakwood kali ini tidak sebaik kunjungan awal kami. Masalah utama adalah kebersihan tempat itu. Tempat tidur kami berbau sangat tidak enak, bantal dan kasur memiliki bau keju. Staf sangat ramah dan segera mengganti linen kami, yang menghalangi bau sebentar, namun, saat kami pergi tidur, bau keju yang sama masih keluar dari bantal dan kasur. Kebersihan di seluruh hotel juga secara dramatis berkurang kualitasnya - tempat sampah meluap di toilet, dan di tepi kolam renang ada banyak sampah dan puntung rokok berserakan di antara tanaman. Sayang sekali, karena itu adalah tempat yang bagus di tahun 2020.

Hati-hati dengan hotel ini! Para wanita di meja luar biasa tetapi bersiaplah untuk kamar Anda basah dan lembab! Itu membuatku mual, bajuku selalu basah dan sama dengan spreiku. Mereka akan mencoba dan memberi Anda beberapa alasan tetapi untuk membuktikan suatu hal saya meletakkan tablet hidrolit di bangku dan dalam beberapa jam itu mulai meleleh dan pada pagi hari itu benar-benar meleleh! Segera merasa lebih baik ketika saya pergi ke tempat lain karena kelembapan di udara membuat saya mual dan harus mencuci semua pakaian saya lagi karena berbau lembab. Tempat ini mungkin ok untuk beberapa malam tapi saya tinggal di sana 2 minggu dan kelembaban adalah masalah nyata.

Tinggal di sini selama empat malam. Kamar berbau seperti air selokan. Terutama kamar mandi. Mengubah kamar sekali, tetapi masih sama di kamar lain. Lantai sangat licin dan tidak berkarpet. Sangat dingin dan tidak ada sandal yang disediakan. Tidak ada kotak besi dan tidak ada tas laundry. Secara keseluruhan, saya tidak senang menginap. Tetapi karena tidak dapat dikembalikan, saya melanjutkan hingga hari keempat. Saya berharap mereka akan meningkatkan layanan dan kebersihan mereka.

The location is convenient and the price is average and acceptable. It is close to most of the tourist sites and places of enjoyment and mixing. There is cooperation from the service and cleaning staff. You feel that you are in India because of the large number of Indians and the food.

Good bed, aircon close to 7-11 but i dont recommend to stay in rainy season when i wake up suddenly my room are flooding with water and floor are wet where it comes from window when having rain

Jm sorry but i have to say that this is the worse hotel i have been to it was dirty and there is bad smell on the bed

Sole traveler just booked by chance, initially the room introduced by a member of staff, room moldy and terribly smelling non toleratble. The condition was reported the room change is offered but same condition of intensive mold even from air conditioning was separating. Not recommended at all.

Worth to stay and nice hotel with that price I will come back for sure

Good hotel, clean rooms and lot of amenities. A bit far from the beach. The pool is great.

Its really so a Great Hotel and all Employees so friendly full of Heart, Reception all from them the Egg Station Men he remembers how i like it. And a Special thanks to Moe and Nam

Love the pool. The location to patong not really close. Still need to take grab. Overall good staycation

The location is great and staff all nice and polite. However, the whole hotel smelled of mold. Everything in room was damp. By the end of stay, all my clothes smelled moldy. The tv was all in Russian. Asked front lobby to look at it on day 1, and nothing. It was non smoking around the pool, but that wasn’t the case. Also, there was pot smoking, staff did nothing. The highlight, was the pool. Don’t go the kebab place right across hotel, it sucks.

😟Cons: The rooms smell very bad. It's impossible to breathe. We looked at 4 rooms, all of them were the same. In the corridor the smell of dampness makes my head spin. There are a lot of mosquitoes, as there is a swamp below. Since 05 am, dozens of roosters have been crowing non-stop. Cows graze under the windows. There was mold at the bottom of the sofa. It is unsafe to breathe such mold. The paper bag from Zara just became wet overnight due to the humidity. There is always condensation on the floor. All rooms without balconies. 😃Pros: The breakfasts are really not bad (there is something to compare with). Good and stable Wi-Fi that doesn't lose connection. 🧐Result: Hotel 3/10. The concept is there, the furniture in the rooms is fresh, but the rotten and disgusting smell spoils everything and makes it uninhabitable.
