Great friendly customer service from the Raymond at the front desk, he is willing to go over and beyond. Very modern and comfortable rooms with a great shower. Great food and lovely service from Nancy and awesome Chefs. I would definitely recommend for a business stay.

The hotel was strategically located. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty and staff were delightful. It has air conditioning which makes the sleeping experience wonderful. It is quiet even though it is located in the heart of the city.

The hotel is very accessible, on the main Rd in kisumu county, courteous staff Nice, clean well laid comfortable bed. All amenities are well functional, Good breakfast I highly recommend it, if you need some time off as well, to rest in a busy but inside the hotel it's quiet no noise disruption

The room was very clean and the shower was just awesome. No mosquitoes. Another check . Food was really good but I would suggest you have a list of dishes prepared. Very nice welcome and considering calling people late for dinner is very amazing.
