Ruangan itu dan layanan hebat. Aku menyukainya. Sayangnya ketika saya bangun di pagi hari saya mengalami gigitan yang menyakitkan di seluruh pergelangan kaki dan kaki saya. Saya kemudian menemukan bahwa itu adalah gigitan kutu busuk.

I would start by saying the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade. It was nice, but it was old. The room had some areas that were overlooked that could have used a bit more cleaning, like the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Had some different options and I liked that the waffles were made for you instead of having to make them ourselves. One thing I didn’t care for was at the main entrance was where they had the smoking area. So right away you walk in greeted by pillars for those who wish to smoke to put their cigarettes out in. Not the most pleasant. Overall, I would say it was a nice place to stay.

Room 529 A/C unit leaked water and saturated carpet in room leaving a very musty smell. should have demanded another room after staff's idea of a fix was to blow a fan to dry it out.

Great hotel! Great location, great breakfast, awesome pool--love that it's open 24/7 and that they have a hot tub, so pretty with all the vegetation. My one BIG request would be to get blackout curtains, my room faced the pool and at night it was way too bright for the sheer curtains. Luckily I brought my face mask!

This hotel is ideal for families, boasting a fantastic location near Disney attractions. The staff was consistently exceptional, always accommodating and friendly. The only aspect I'd note is that the breakfast didn't quite live up to the high praise from other reviews, possibly due to the high season."

The Coffee was top notch, Service Staff was AMAZING and very attentive. The outdoor pool was heated (they also have an Hot Tub) and the cute Mickey Mouse waffles were my kids’ favorite;) the full breakfast with varied options each morning was a wonderful experience. The Hotel is a Disney affiliate so it was easy to get tickets for all the Theme Parks. Will DEFINITELY return here! Highly recommend!!!
