"Hotel ini kecil, hanya satu bangunan. Kamar-kamarnya ber***a apartemen standar, didekorasi mirip dengan hotel-hotel jaringan bisnis domestik—sederhana dan bersih. Stafnya cukup ramah, mengobrol dan membantu kapan pun dibutuhkan. Saya memilih kamar double dengan dapur kecil, yang cocok untuk pelancong yang sering bepergian seperti saya, karena memiliki mesin cuci dan pengering. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah bau yang menyengat dari mesin cuci; mesin cuci perlu dijalankan terlebih dahulu. Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang bagus, tidak jauh dari bandara. Hanya dua blok jauhnya terdapat Fang's House, tempat kelahiran jutawan kulit hitam pertama Jamaika, di mana Anda dapat mencicipi es krim Jamaika yang terkenal dan makanan Barat yang dikelola oleh orang Italia, serta ayam panggang khas Jamaika. Jika Anda perlu membeli sesuatu, ada supermarket besar sekitar dua blok jauhnya, sekitar 12 menit berjalan kaki."

"The accommodation was not as depicted. First there is no couch in the room and we did not get a room with a balcony as requested. I went there a day before we checked in and spoke with a lady at the front desk on Thursday the 23rd, since the rest of my family was coming in on the 24th. She assured me that we will be on the same floor, the rooms we requested was available. On check in, none of this occurred and she never relayed our request. The room was barebone, the receptionist told us the photos shown on the websites needs to be taken down. Towels were skimpy, one has to beg for extra towels for a party of four. Fridge was unplugged and empty ! Initially on arrival, I small bottle of water given to each person on arrival and that was it ! For the stay ! One has to beg to get water. We ended up buying at the supermarket. The security was good. Exterior gardens need to be maintained. The linens have seen better days. The tiled floor was dirty in the room. We carried bedroom booties and they were so dirty from the floor that we had to discarded them before we left. Some cafeteria employees are nice, others are grumpy and slow. This would be nice place, if only they could upgrade the furniture and maintained the exterior. It takes for ever for the hot water to appear ! Location is the best-selling point for this small hotel. Security is 👍 great."

"I was in the cottage at Kingsworth Bed and Breakfast.The place is run down and need alot of maintenence and renovation. The owner is not friendly and caring for his guests. The Stove, refrigerator, bathroom is in bad condition. There is no decent pots to cook in and culteries to use. No air conditioner. There are crockroaches, and big red ants that comes out at night time. It was a terrible experience overall and I will never go back there."

"This was my first time in Kingston, JA and it was amazing. This hotel stay was a nightmare. Rude staff, I even saw a staff member hit a guests child in pool! my front door would not lock for safety for 2 days! Had to argue to get it repaired. Noone is at the front desk majority of the time and there is a bell to ring for help. Well good luck! We had to ring the bell 20 times and yell for assistance."

"From December 23-29, The room ad location was very good, but when I was there I was told we have VIP parking, but on Boxing Night, there was no parking, when we get back, the entire parking lot was full, and the VIP section where we supposed to park was all packed, we have to be driving around for half an hour looking for a spot to park, they have n event there, that I think was over booked because of greed, and they didn’t give a damn who have room there parked. My stay was for 6 nights, Also the breakfast was terrible, uniformed, tough cabbage, not a lot to choose from and this was for 6 days, I’m comparing it with the S Hotel, which is a smaller hotel, their food is so good, every day is a different breakfast and porridge, The Pegasus have to do better, the name and its tenure should say it all, but no. My experience is not a good one, when it comes down to the food and parking."
