Saya suka lokasi hotelnya, di seberang Museum Mesir Agung. Lingkungannya indah. Kamarnya jauh lebih besar daripada yang di pusat kota, dan kamar mandinya besar dan bagus. Sarapannya juga enak. Lobinya luar biasa

Cuacanya tidak mendukung untuk berenang di bulan Maret, tetapi sayang sekali kolam renangnya sedang dalam perbaikan. Senang sekali bisa menggunakan halaman di lantai pertama. Museum Mesir Agung ada tepat di sebelahnya, tetapi Anda tidak bisa menyeberang jalan, jadi Anda harus naik taksi. Museum itu belum buka, jadi tur arsitektur museum saja terlalu mahal. Tidak ada restoran di sekitar hotel, jadi mereka menyediakan makan malam. Enak sekali, tetapi sarapannya tidak begitu enak.

Terjadi pemadaman listrik sekitar pukul 17.30 hingga hampir pukul 22.00. Karena hanya terjadi di gedung tertentu, diperkirakan bukan disebabkan oleh pemadaman listrik terencana. Ketika saya bertanya kepada resepsionis, mereka hanya menyuruh saya menunggu. Saat saya tanya setelah jam 20.00 kapan sembuh, jawabannya akan pulih dalam 20 menit. Pada akhirnya, dia tidak kembali setelah 20 menit. Bahkan saat listrik sudah pulih, semua lampu di kamar tidak menyala, hanya di dekat pintu masuk. Padahal saya menginap di hotel yang bagus, listrik padam dan saya tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa. Tidak ada penjelasan atau permintaan maaf dari pihak hotel. Tidak ada yang dikatakan kepada saya ketika saya check out. Itu adalah hari terakhirku di Kairo, dan aku sangat menyesal karena hari ini menjadi hari yang sangat buruk.

離金字塔很近，泳池很大，躺在躺椅上曬太陽超級棒！

整個酒店還是個半成品 餐廳在施工 泳池也在施工 從酒店出去之後基本就是荒地 隔音巨差無比 早上還能聽到裝修的聲音 入住還要過安檢 但是工作人員態度都挺好的

衞生一般， 房間環境一般， 裏面插座很多壞掉， 燈光太暗， 晚上睡覺的燈一點都不合理， 外面的泳池可以， 餐廳飲食單一， 吃了7晚 沒啥變化 ！

Staf bar Il Duomo adalah salah satu favorit saya karena mereka membuat saya merasa istimewa, mereka tahu kapan saya datang, minuman apa yang saya suka. • Youssef - adalah seorang pemuda yang bertekad dan inspiratif yang mendorong saya untuk meninggalkan ulasan. Saied is a very charming and charismatic person. He made incredible mojitos.and they tasted delicious. I recommend him.

Sherif the concierge was so good to me and helped me out so much with many different things that I needed. Definitely the best member of staff there. Very kind, very considerate and very helpful. Everyone else there was great too, beautiful hotel. I stayed in room 400, so think I was in one of the older rooms, but nice, nonetheless. The rooms could do with some work, and the air-conditioning needs to be sorted and fixed to work properly. The pool is gorgeous, and the hotel surroundings is stunning. Very clean hotel, they take pride in that. I've no complaints in general.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel had renovations going on while we was there by the side of the pool, but that was the only downside. The rooms was spacious and the 2 bathrooms was great with having the kids sleeping downstairs and us on the upper floor. The buffet at breakfast was good and again the staff were attentive and very friendly. The best thing about the stay was the tour of Saqqara and Giza pyramids ran by Hamza. He was a fantastic tour guide who from the start was fully engaged with history and also making it fun with the kids. The communication from booking to dropping us off after the tour was first class. The car was immaculate and had its own driver so Hamza could talk to us whilst travelling to the sites to give us all the info and history en route. We stopped for some lunch during the tour which again was amazing and also a few local stores if that is what you want. All in all we were pleased with the hotel but loved the tour from Hamza and would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to organise a trip through the hotel.

We stayed here for one night and had a great overall experience. The swimming pool and pool bar were excellent, with a modern lounge atmosphere and good music. Drinks at the pool, mixed by Saied, were tasty and definitely worth their value. The room was also spacious and very comfortable.
