I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. What a great find for a brilliant price! Great hotel in a very central location. Room spacious and comfortable. Refreshments provided good. Breakfast was spoilt for choice and delicious.

Best location for shopping and travelling by short walking distance. The bedsheet and pillows very very clean with freshness. I like the biscuits especially the ginger nuts. The ladies from the housekeeping are friendly and done their best to keep our room clean.

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

Totally smoothe stay, room was clean, comfy bed, quiet at night (room overlooking the small carparking area at rear) just simple and convenient. Would have preferred a bigger mug for my tea in the morning, but otherwise I wouldn't change anything else!

Perfect location! Hotel was basic but we got a really good price for the room!! If you want somewhere central I would recommend lots of shops and restaurants close by

Location is good. Parking is free , this is advantage. Just nearby a big shopping mall

The spot is close with city centre and bus coach, and my boss likes the room.

Good services and nice location, feeling comfortable but room temperature control is not much enough warm in Winter, and also, the bathroom shower has damaged, the water was running out from the shower pipe, please improve with thanks!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the cleanliness of the hotel especially the rooms were poor, and unfortunately a very strong smell of urine In the stairwell leading up to the bedroom floors

Lovely room, nice and big really nice shower. Loved that there was water and hot drinks in the room provided. Such a nice location close to the town. Would 100% book again
