Hotel is in a good and convenient location with lots of amenities nearby. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast room has a fantastic selection of hot and cold items.

The environment is good, easy to get in and out, there are convenience stores nearby with various buses, good choice, treat people if polite, except for a white lady wearing glasses 10 points politely done in the lobby,

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh
