The stay at cardinal Ambika Katra was excellent and most pleasant stay I ever had with family . The staff especially Mr. Jaideep was very supportive and went all extents to make our stay pleasant and comfortable . I would like to thank Mr. Jaideep for taking all pains and making our stay best . The hotel is very clean and has good delicious food . Words can’t express the hospitality that this hotel staff shows to people staying at its property . A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality in Katra (November 2024) This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it truly lived up to all expectations once again. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this hotel is an excellent choice when in Katra. The standout features are undoubtedly its prime location and beautiful lawn. It's conveniently located near the railway station, with a wide, scenic road outside that offers plenty of dining options. The rooms were comfortable, and the view from the room was simply stunning. The hotel also offers a cloakroom facility to safely store luggage after checkout, which is a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to the hotel manager and the front desk team for their cooperation, helpfulness, and warmth. The buffet was well-curated, and the food was cooked to guests' preferences, which added a personal touch to our dining experience. Overall, the combination of the hotel's excellent location, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional hospitality made for a truly memorable stay. One additional highlight of our visit was meeting Ramesh ji (also known as Mamaji). He is an excellent resource for all your needs while in Katra, especially when visiting the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a repeat traveler, Mamaji is truly a blessing in disguise, always ready to assist and guide with kindness and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. It's a must-stay hotel, and I’ll definitely choose it again when we return to Katra.

Very nice ambience, beautiful interior of rooms , reception and lobby are well mentioned . Fabulous food with good service, If you want visit with family to Katra that is one of a perfect place. And you can easily park your vehicle that have large size of parking . You can get a free pick and drop to Helipad and Banganga in day time . Overall experience was perfect good.
