尼泊爾很多酒店不提供牙刷牙膏，拖鞋，這家也不例外，但後來打電話以後送來了牙膏，拖鞋沒有了。整體衞生一般，但這個價位在加德滿都也算可以了

在尼泊爾這個酒店算是高級別的，服務態度很好，每天衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨，電器床具都是新的，早餐特別豐盛，還可以按你要求調整，離旅遊區近，性價比最高，服務員有微信，有要求直接發，建議第一次來時都選他。

where to start with this hotel? let’s start with the positive i suppose. the staff are very friendly albeit not very effective. we arrived on a saturday early afternoon and all we wanted was to be able to rest. quite impossible when there’s a monstruosité digger just next to the hotel making as much noise as a small army. despite our numerous complaints this went on until 21:30. then, the howling dogs took over for the night. we were promised that on sunday, everything would be quiet but far from it. the workers were back on site. so, very little rest or sleep for us at the M hotel. beware, the construction site may be there for a long time. apart from that, the noise within the hotel is relentless too. our room was adjacent to a staff room and we could hear everything that was happening in there. breakfast is pretty poor as well. also, many people recommend thamel but i don’t see the point in staying in that area. in hindsight, i would have stayed in a different and less polluted part of the city. but as i said, the staff are very friendly…

Wow, wonderful hotel in the middle of a busy thamel, never bored, beautiful city view from room and roof top bar is amazing, staff are very helpful can't ask for more, breakfast is also reasonable, to be honest we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel.

During our stay at M Hotel feels like home. We are very pleased especially the excellent service of the staff headed by the Hotel Manager Ashok. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants around. Breakfast is good and we had a great time during the happy hour at the Nest Bar. Wonderful stay at Montys Hotel! You feel really at home; the rooms are very nice and clean; the whole atmosphere makes you feel well. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Thamel and is very calm. The beds are very comfortable, breakfast is aslo good. Thank you very much especially to Ashok, Kumar and all the others from the staff. It's a place to come back!

This was my second stay at the M Hotel and I am still very much impressed. I was made feeling at home away from home due to the warm and welcoming hotel staff. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and thanks to the air condition the temperature could be regulated to personal preferences. The breakfast buffet didnt leave any wishes open. The hotel is situated in the middle of the center of Kathmandu (Thamel) but still the room prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the hotel as well to travellers, as families and business people. Thank you Mr. Kumar Rai and of course the entire staff for everything I will be looking forward to coming back.

Highly recommended hotel in Thamel with cheap rate and great service. The food has been most delicious part of this hotel. The staff and other members are polite and friendly nature. Really enjoyed my staying period in this hotel.
