Bellevue Resort Panchgani

We booked their cottage for 2 nights, from 23rd to 25th Dec. It was peak time, because of Christmas. Service was straight forward pathetic to say the least. Rooms don't have heaters, even though temperature can get real low at night. Cottages were good though, definitely not maintained. Wooden stairs were breaking. They don't let order dinner or lunch to the room. We ordered tea and hot milk to room. About half an hour we got tea, for milk had to remind poor old delivery guy. We got it half an hour later. Their restaurant is pathetic at best, deserted mostly. I can imagine people coming to their restaurant only when they are out of options. We ordered chicken Manchurian, we got chicken chilly (I guess they didn't know the difference). It wasn't edible at all, we tried a couple of pieces and left it. Some poor guy must have gotten that refurbished, inedible chilly chicken (I guess the way we did). In short if you are used to Radisson or Fern, you will be seriously disappointed. Location is good though, a bit isolated from crowd. They seemed to be understaffed, and staff in place seemed untrained or underpaid (not sure which one). If you stay, avoid their food, get your own heater if it's winter.

A big property with cottages and good view. However it is poorly maintained with poor hygiene. However the management and were very courteous.

Enjoyed pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious. View is beautiful. They have campfire and that provides warmth in cool temperature. Food and breakfast is also good. Points to improve: no lift, so luggage shifting is bit tiring. Washrooms need renovations. Limited fruit option in breakfast (only banana)

The cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark. The bedsheets and blanket were dirty. The room itself had not been cleaned properly. Overall a bad experience. Did not get the money's worth.

The place is in bhillar town. A drive of about 2. 5 km from main road. The roads a good. The resort has a huge area and lo located on small hillock. The property is well maintained. The staff is coperative. At reception is well mannered. Comfortable trendy rooms and scenic views. Enjoyed stay in wooden luxury rooms. Just the issue i faced was food quality was not that good.

It was a nice stay in the resort. It is countryside resort. We enjoyed the spacious room which was able to accommodate 4 people. Food was good. We enjoyed the amenities like table tennis, swimming pool and common space. The environment was quite good and we were able to get what we were looking for. I. E. Serenity.

It was overall a good stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Gave prompt support whenever required and food was good specially breakfast. View from deluxe room was most serene part of over all stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at bellevue resort during my vacation, and i must say it was an great experience from start to finish. From the moment i stepped into the hotel, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The check-in process was swift and efficient, thanks to the attentive and professional front desk staff. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and even gave me some fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. How can i avail 7% discount? and what will be the validity of this. ?

It’s not at all as shown in pictures. The pool is so unclean that you. And after asking them to clean the pool we were told that this is the pool after cleaning, so not sure how do they clean it. Table tennis * placed only after multiple requests that too later in the day. The staff was very rude did not entertain any requests. We requested them for a half an hour early check in, which was not entertained saying all the rooms which was clearly not the case. So please bear in mind that they won’t entertain early check in at any cost. We ordered some snacks in the hotel which took like 1 hour to come because nothing is prepared with them, they make from scratch basis orders.
