Very friendly staff on reception, clean rooms with functioning air conditioning, and a great breakfast. Most of the equipment in the gym wasn’t working properly and needs to be better maintained.

The hotel is located in a convenient location with shops and restaurants easily accessible. The vicinity is good. The room is spacious enough with a nice toilet. The breakfast has a variety of options to choose from.

There are underground B1~B3 parking lots, and there were still spaces available during the long weekend. No breakfast was provided this time so I cannot comment on the food. Although it is not a very new hotel, it is generally clean and tidy.

When booking a hotel, we specifically selected the filter condition that we needed a parking lot, because we didn't want to be inconvenient to unload our luggage. When we arrived, we were told that there was no parking space, and asked us to find one nearby and pay for it ourselves. I personally think that it should be clearly marked on the website. There are more than 20 parking spaces and more than 100 rooms. We were upstairs, and we were asked if we could let them know when it was vacant. The service attitude was very standardized, and there was no smile, and an expression that said we were the one causing trouble. There are many hotels in Kaohsiung, and I will consider other options later.
