The hotel is really old and has many maintenance and management issues. The lady at the reception was not helpful and didn't care. Checked in a room with scum all over the bathroom, insects everywhere, beat-up furniture and AC in the living room never cool down, see photos. Why would Aparthotel Adagio Premium check in guests to this kind of room? The hotel is not really up to Accor Hotels' standards, try to avoid it. There is nothing 'Premium' about it.

Very nice hotel good rooms and all the amenities in the room are very nice and clean reception team are very active and helpful especially mausami very friendly I like the library all the books are very specific to reads kindly friendly and gym areas are very clean

It was an amazing stay. The rooms were so nice. Very accommodating reception and snappy housekeeping. The kids loved the pool too! Will definitely come back here next time. Additionally, thank you Joevy and Bam for helping us throughout our stay!

Excellent hotel. I stay every time I’m in Dubai. Taxis always available and 300 meters to Metro station. Front desk staff very cordial and well trained. Shout out to Jovey who handles all my requests no matter how small. Housekeeping does good job and handles any special request easily. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay .the staff was frindly and attentive. The location and room was very suitable .the breakfast buffet was delicious . Hight recommend for comfortable and luxurious hotel apartment .room always clean and tidy if we request any aminities they provide immediately thank adagio albarsh team .

I had a wonderful stay at Adagio Al Barsha! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thanks to the amazing staff, Joey and Bam, who went above and beyond to make my experience even better. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend.

I stayed in this aparthotel adagio premium. i got very good experience from this hotel and staff. the staff are very helpful and politle. all services is excellent. Housekeeping very well cleaned my room. thank you Housekeeping and as well reception staff.
