The main building looks great once entering. However, the room was disappointing. Bed sheets were stained and room was full of mozzies. The bed and blanket felt filthy and were a bit smelly. Would not recommend to anyone.
Breakfast was ok. However, my noodles were not cooked properly.

Tout est parfait sauf l'endroit est un peu perdu, il y a pas d'animation dans et autour. Une nuit est parfait, + on s'ennuie !!!

酒店豪華古樸，服務熱情周到，服務員衹會説英語或柬語，晚上有歌手駐唱，可以給小費點歌，旁邊的餐廳環境不錯，菜品的味道也可以！

The location is excellent. The hotel's exterior needs to be more pleasant, but the interior is nice. The staff, specially Mr. Nam Sambath, made our stay very memorable. The lunch at the palace was our favorite.

Traveling on a business trip,I needed many specific things. The hotel was able to provide everything I needed to conduct an online zoom conference, sightsee, and enjoy the peaceful location. I especially appreciate Mr. Sambath Nam for his excellent support. Thank you also to the front office team and food and beverage team for making my stay so special .

Facilities too old, customer service too low specially at Champa café, I stand in front of counter around 20minutes but no one come to ask me that what I need to order until I call them that I need to order. When I order they didn't have what family need, I just turn my head ask my family again around 30second and turn back but the one I talk with, he walk away from me to do his thing. It so terrible I feel like to go to ask them drinks free.
