Ulasan Sokcho Chonpines Beach Hotel

I am not satisfied 😒 😕 this hotel and very expensive

We arrived early at the hotel and we were hoping to be able to leave our luggage in a luggage room . When we got there , there was no staff on the Reception desk as the hotel operates a non face to face check in . This is fine but we do not speak or read Korean and we were unsure what we had to do . Eventually after two hours we managed to check in using Kakeo talk . Very frustrating to have wasted that time . It was also confusing because our room was not actually in the hotel but next door in the hotel across the road . The room it self was brilliant . Very clean and spacious Lovely bathroom with enclosed shower . Tv , fridge and washing machine . The hotel was across the road from the beach so that was brilliant . It seemed a long way from the main part of the beach and any restaurants where we could eat ..

I love this place. I'll definitely come back again.

Good location at Sokcho beach road. Just 5-10 min walk from Express bus terminal. There is 7-eleven store nearby. Front desk is on GF at Building B. Quite hard to find as there is no Eng signage We booked triple room, but found that room was quite small for three people. Not much space for 2-3 large luggages. Overall stay was very nice. Room was clean and well-equipped. Wifi, Netflix and Youtube were also strong connection

I would love to be in the hotel, this is not my first time staying in the hotel. I have been staying at the hotel several times. I love it. But one thing I want to say is.., The front desk people are not friendly at all. No greeting, no manners, stone face etc, I think they have a long way to go to accomplish their goals for service improvements. But I still like the hotel, not the people.

Easy access to the beach and food. Walking distance to the express bus terminal. Clean place.

Location is great. Walk across to the beach! But not really a hotel, more like an officetel.

It was convenient because it was right in front of the beach and there was a convenience store and cafe underneath the building. It was clean, but a bit small. It was okay to stay there for a good price!

It is difficult to determine which building you are in until check-in, and the system is confusing, but I am very satisfied with the room condition. Although it has an ambiguous sea view, it is convenient because it is very close to Sokcho Beach.

There is no one at the reception upon arrival. You can check in independently only through cocoa current. Which there was no information about on the booking page. There is no internet in the lobby. There is a reception in the next building, but they will not help) this is a different service company. It was with great grief that we managed to contact the registration office by mail and receive passwords for check-in. They gave us rooms in the next building, but they didn’t tell us about that either. One of the 5 rooms was not cleaned; there was someone else's garbage and dirty linen lying around there. They had already stopped answering emails, but by that time there was a person at the registration desk and we were given a replacement number. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, I had to sleep with the windows open and the sham from the street. Accordingly, you will not receive a second blanket in the room if you wish. This is a nightmare, not a service!

I'm doing a hotel tour these days. It was a place I chose on the way back after leaving. I have helped at a nearby hotel. The facilities are similar and it's probably because it's an old hotel. There are some parts that are damaged, but overall it is good. The price is okay too Maybe it’s because it’s not peak season yet. It was quiet From the morning, I heard the sound of children running down the hallway. I woke up but slept well. The shampoo provided is not good. I think it would be a good idea to bring it. The beach is close across the street I arrived at night and stopped by and it was nice. It's nice that it's close to convenience stores, etc. There was also a coffee shop. Just one thing! I entered the hotel and went straight to the bathroom. Toilet bowl is not cleaned Dirty on the toilet seat Look at what's buried I was surprised. I think this is the part you need to pay the most attention to. It's really obvious that you did a sloppy cleaning. Please pay a little more attention to cleanliness I think it would be better

The hotel location is good, but the cleaning was not very clean. Water stains in the bathroom and dust on the bed were visible to the eye.
