extremely nice experience. not in a convenient location , some facilities are in process. but well served feel like being home. worth it. better save time to join the hotel experience tour.

It was my first time to visit western Sichuan. I was originally traveling with a tour group, but because the originally arranged hotel was really unacceptable, my sister and I decided to change the hotel to Zanba at 11 pm. After talking to Zanba’s housekeeper, the hotel immediately sent a car to pick us up, which was very efficient. Jiacuo came to receive us in the evening. He saw us coming out of the hotel from a distance and came to pick up our luggage. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process and helped us prepare oxygen pillows. The next day, we returned as planned. Before leaving, we were still warmed by the hotel staff. This time it was a young lady named Yongzhong Beim. Because I was curious about their names, I remembered them seriously, haha. It was super considerate to help us apply for 2 oxygen pillows to take away. Thank you. There is no need to say much about the hotel environment. My photography skills are limited, and the real scene is much better than the picture! ! If I come to Ganzi next time, I must choose Zanba first.

The most commendable thing is the hygiene management-even in the peak season, the bathroom space remains spotless, the linens are odorless and replaced in time. It is recommended to book a view room in advance, and the mountain view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is absolutely worth the money.
