Nice hotel in a good peaceful and convenient location for central Kandy and nearby attractions like Temple of the Buddha Tooth.
The floor and bathroom fixtures were a bit unclean and unkept in the bathroom

The hotel is located in a good area. Walking distance to Relic of tooth and some tasty restaurants.
Views from balcony in suite room also fabulous.
Drinks and service at the rooftop bar were great. Our waiter Nirmal was very friendly with impeccable service.
Our one complaint is that we had no wifi connection whatsoever in our room or balcony. Asked for this to be resolved four times but to no avail.

The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity.
The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard.
The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning.
The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming.
I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4

The hotel location was good.
The staff was friendly. We had bring toothbrush from outside since they were not there with amenities.
We enjoyed a lot our staying in Raddison.
Overall, it was a great stay.

Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

There was a sense of openness, and the staff seemed well-trained, so I felt at ease. The morning buffet was also delicious. The toffee at the front desk was so tasty that I went to the supermarket to look for it and buy some. However, the location was quite hilly and there were some narrow parts, so it took a long time to move and park the car. Other than that, there were no particular inconveniences and I was able to relax.

It's by the Kandy Lake. Overall it's OK. I only stayed for one night. There is no supermarket nearby. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the city. Tuk-tuk takes 5 minutes and costs 600 rupees. It's a very good hotel in Kandy.

The hotel is not far from a hillside. The room is big, the balcony is also big, the swimming pool is small, and the front desk service depends on the people. There are one or two people who are not good. Don't be afraid to spray directly.
