Location not bad, at night quite happening but if u wan to sleep early then not a good place coz the karaoke very noisy The fridge is spoilt and the toilet door also difficult to close The staff can be more friendly as their face not smiling and looks fierce.

Nearby UTAR, easy to access to restaurants, and parking is free too

Nice hotel location, very convenient! Plenty of food and drinks and convenience stores around.

Will always stay this hotel when I go Kampar, one whole row of eateries right outside the hotel. There is also a convenient store available. Although hotel is small but clean. Staff friendly.

The hotel room is dark and some of the furnitures don’t seem to be as clean . Besides , parking is a problem as there is no dedicated car parks for hotel guest.

The hotel has a nice ‘western cowboy’ feel about it with the wood flooring and the deco. Lives up to the ‘boutique’ expectations! The front desk is very helpful, efficient, and polite. I love the security feature at night where the front door to the hotel requires the keycard to open. The bed was good and firm, bathroom wide and spacious, and generally the room is clean. Some stain on the large sofa (which could double up as a bed) and power sockets are limited. I actually missed the water heater switch and maybe it would be useful to put a sign in the bathroom or on the switch to say ‘turn on X-min prior to use’. The hotel is located on the ‘bubble tea’ road where there are lots of bubble tea brands! There is a kopitiam for a variety of food at low prices, an izakaya and one or two cafe-type eateries for quieter conversations. Good experience and would recommend it at its price.

Location is great with ECONSAVE and eateries nearby. Room is fine. Toilet is wonderful. Only one person working so expect some delays in check in at peak time. Otherwise, a pleasant stay at a lovely small town.

Convenience as not far from airport at Ipoh. Tidy and clean also sizable room for two

Overall stay is pleasant but few small cockroaches found scattering. Other than that no complaints.

Good for short stays. no facilities but a delicious Japanese restaurant Mizakaya just next door. coffee ******* starbucks n coffee bean n tea leaf are just on the other side of the hotel 2mins walk. we were granted a late check out till 130pm but when I wanted to checkout earlier than 130pm, there was no one at the reception. only at 130pm did staff return. my relative also tried to checking early but sign said back in 10mins. he was at reception for more than 30mins, but no one appeared till 130pm. rather disappointing that there was no way to contact reception staff. other than that, everything was OK.

Went for an event, good location, close to many hawker stores and restaurants, room a bit tight, cleanliness is okay. Not bad
