Inspite of its own advertisement as a 4 stars hotel, this is certainly NOT a 4 stars may be hardly 3 stars but even by Paris taxi drivers, a 2 stars hotel. I booked the hotel through booking and found out that an add on of euro 146.40 was requested at check in for hidden city tax which booking preferred to hide to make the price lower. At first, we arrived by 3.20PM and there was no rooms available. After some 40 minutes, we were allocated a room of the size of a postal stamp. On top of a, there was no working TV. After complaining that the room doesn't fit the 4 stars, we were allocated a new decent room. But it turned out that the specific room was designed for handicapped visitors with an open room shower. Taking a shower, created a total bathroom flood which kept dripping out. Next day, again a normal room was allocated. But the bathroom, although better had its own issues. The shower handle was falling from the slide and I "fixed" it with a kitchen knife. The negligence of maintenance was noticed with the rotten lower mirror. Furthermore, all windows were fixed, air conditioner didn't function and the air in the room was stale and hot. Not really a 4 stars hotel. See pictures

Уютный апарт-отель рядом с парком Ла-Виллет. Несмотря на то, что XIX округ Парижа считается неблагополучным, весь прилегающий к парку район спокойный и чистый. Бронировали студию с максимальной площадью, 36 квадратных метров. Номер достался на последнем девятом этаже - с лучшими видами на окрестности. В номере есть чайник, капсульная кофе-машина, индукционная плита на две комфорки, микроволновая печь и посудомойка. Все в очень хорошем состоянии, а посуда, кажется, вообще частично была новая. Из недостатков - мало полок для всяких мелочей, но в качестве полок можно использовать подоконники. Ванная и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, гигиенические средства в наличии (частично бренда Fragonard). Кровать в меру жесткая, белье чистое, никаких насекомых не замечено. В общем - отличный апарт-отель за свои деньги. То, что на окраине Парижа для нас не было никакой проблемой, за 30-40 минут на метро доезжали в любое нужное место.

Likte overnatting stedet, store fine rom med god utsikt og servicen på hotellet var kjempe bra. Hyggelige resepsjonister. Renholdet kunnet vært litt bedre, men var fornøyd med hotellet.

Stayed here in the summer with young kids; cheap and cheerful apart-hotel with excellent kitchenette. The fellows at the front desk were courteous. Room was clean and functional, but very small. Efficient elevator. Pay laundry available, although front desk was not able to break bills to provide change. Grocery store just steps away. 10-min walk to nearest Metro station (Porte de Pantin), with most of Paris' main attractions accessible within 20 mins. The neighbourhood around the hotel was lovely and safe and clean. Delighted to discover La Villette nearby with museums, concerts, a huge playground, fairgrounds, restaurants, Cité des Sciences, etc. Lovely area! Would definitely stay here again.

It is a good place to stay but not really a four-star hotel. There is no bar or restaurant, elevator broke for a day, no water for a day, spotty internet, too far from attractions, no way to open a window or door for fresh air. I was happy because my prime amenity is great air conditioning which it had. Always get a hotel with a kitchenette. You will save a ton of money.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

It is still acceptable about the policy of "provision of room service once in 7 days", but it was hardly accepable as we were asked to clean up our rubbish bin in our room and then transfer the rubbish down to the ground floor garbage room by ourselves.

No hay mesa para comer, tienen dos sillas pero una es súper pequeña por lo que te quedas bajito para comer . Si pretendes cocinar más vale que compres sal , aceite y servilletas porque tendrás que usar el papel del baño. Tienes dos bolsas de basura pero no hay repuesto por si has tirado algo que huele mal y la tienes que cambiar. Tienes que limpiar tu si te quedas menos de una semana y no te dan ni desinfectante. Y las toallas no las cambiaron en los 4 días que estuvimos.

L hotel est tres bien situé pour visiter Paris a 2 mns d une rame de tramway deux commerces d alimentation long la rue ...l hotel est super bien insonorisé et tres propre ,lave vaisselle cafetière et même bouilloire (chose que nous ne trouvons plus dans les hotels maintenant)le grand lit dans la chambre principale super confortable....le point négatif le matelas du canapé lit (a déconseillé pour les personnes comme moi qui ont mal au dos) Petit tuyau pour le parking garez vous en double file dans une rue parallèle rejoindre la réception qui vous donnera la marche a suivre pour le trouver ne le cherchez pas comme nous vous ne le trouverez pas seul (a 20 metres de l hotel et super sécurisé )

Das Apartment war grundsätzlich sauber und hatte viel Platz. Die Verkehrsanbindung war gut. Die Bettmatratze war super und wir konnte trotz der Nähe zum Fahrstuhl gut schlafen. Es war leider schlecht möbiliert. Kein Sofa, keine zwei gleich Stühle, keine Garderobe. Das Personal versteht kein Deutsch trotz der Angabe bei Tripadvisor, dass dies der Fall wäre. Insgesamt etwas teuer. In den Apartments erfolgt eine Reinigung und ein Wechsel der Handtücher nur einmal wöchentlich.

中心地から電車やバスを利用すれば全く不便を感じない。 個人的には立地に大変満足。 今回は清潔度のみ星4つ。用意されていた食器のなかに、もう少しちゃんと洗っておいて欲しいというのがあったため。 神経質と言われている日本人ならではの感想で申し訳ない。 チェックイン前にもかかわらず使用可能な部屋を提案してくださったのは大変ありがたかった。 中心部までの少しの距離の代わりに、バスタブ付き、簡易キッチン付きの広い部屋で快適。 特にフィルハーモニーが近く、終演（22時〜22時30分あたり）後にすぐ帰宅可能。これが非常に良い。 CDG往復も楽である。
