Next time will request a room on the other side, not facing the highway. Would be quieter

It was fantastic, the staff was great, very friendly and provided great service with a smile. The bed was fantastic probably the most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept on.

never slept what so ever. Noise was beyond. Even with window closed train shook the property. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

Staff wasnt very nice nor helpful. Also the place is run down. For a super 8 the worst one I’ve stayed in. And I’m a trucker. Cleanliness TV size and channels. Just nothing was very good.

Its a bed to sleep in. The hotel is on a 4 lane highway next to double railroad tracks. Kamloops is a major train hub so they dont stop. If you're on the backside there's less noise, but feels more shady unfortunately as this part of the hotel is poorly lit.

Don’t expect much. It does the job of providing a comfortable bed and a shower for a short stay. Facilities and room needs upgrade. Our non smoking room still had a scent of cigarette smell in the room.

Basic budget hotel. Check-in efficient. Room smelled strongly enough of smoke to make me cough. Free “breakfast” is shameful to offer - is not breakfast and is garbage. The typical cheap waffle maker, the worst coffee in Canada, some brown bananas, some sugary muffins, some other white flour and sugar stuff, and I think some boiled eggs.

There was no shower in the room. There was a shower head, but no lever or bar to direct the water to the shower head.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to change our non refundable/changeable booking date when our plans got altered last minute without any problems. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful after a long day of driving. The room was a bit small and dated but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was delightful after a full day of travel. The rooms were comfy and clean. Outside not so much. Old and worn out. Staff was extremely easy to work with.

We were just stopping overnight as we travelled and through town. The checkin went well and the clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Air conditioning didn't work properly and couldn't properly charge my phone as electrical outlets weren't working properly

Check in and check out smooth process. Staff was friendly and room was surface clean. Some wear and tear on floors and walls need tending too. Shower was very slow to drain. However, the awful odours of stale smoke and pot was embedded into all the linens, drapes and carpets making it unpleasant enough to not return.
