夕食時のアルコール類が充実しており良かったです。また、無料のラーメン、お茶漬けが美味しかったです。また、利用したいです。

不知道這間酒店是否不提供鋪床的服務 這是我第一次住温泉旅館要自己鋪床鋪 預訂的膳食味道一般，份量較少 房間的裝潢較舊 下一次應該不會再來😓

真的簡單拎證件可入住。有接駁車從ＪＲ站送到酒店，有浴衣區，有歡迎小吃，晚餐十分豐富，早餐是自助餐也很好吃。

清潔でキレイでした まったりゆっくり出来ましたと，ラウンジもゆっくり出来て良かったですまた行きたいと思います

入住了標準間-雙床房,原來沒有淋浴間,只有廁所.但雙人房(一張床)就有淋浴間.因訂房當時已滿,所以訂了兩張床.可能 Trip.com 的介绍不清楚或是酒店的圖片有差誤.本想換房,因酒店已爆滿,不能轉換.好彩温泉很好.晚餐爐瑞燒份量比較少.

設施較舊，床墊要自己弄，沒有提供樽裝礦泉水，但泡溫泉後免費提供冰條享用

Just got back from an awesome stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was fantastic—super chill and well-kept, making it feel really welcoming. My room was spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious, too, drinks are free! I looked forward to both breakfast and dinner every day. They also got a bar serving fee every night with live singing performance. Plus, the location is perfect if you're driving, with easy access to a bunch of fun spots. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back!

Stayed here for my honeymoon and it was a great place~ peaceful, private, and cosy with lovely facilities. All the staff working were extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us a small gift when we checked-out. There were lots of freebies (e.g. free flow of pizzas and drinks at certain times of the day and late night snacks) throughout our stay. Despite it being further out of the city, their free shuttle service was punctual and helpful; dropping / picking you up from Kameoka Station, which has a direct line to Kyoto city. We opted for the dinner and breakfast and they were both fantastically delicious! For dinner, there was also free flow of beverages during the dinner, which had a good selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay and will definitely come back to visit.

I've stayed there for 2 nights and everything is just amazing. The staff upgraded my room which had a sauna and bath tub. Snacks and drinks were replenished every day. The breakfast was great and the dinner was just amazing. They provided a variety of drinks (wine, sake, juice, tea, coffee, etc.) and it's all you can drink. They also provided free beers and drinks in the lobby resting area and you can watch live sports there at night. The hot spring is great as well. Highly recommend!

売店のかったときに　けぶりかわさんのなまえがはいったー　ナイロン袋または　紙袋　有料でもかまわないので 是非導入してください。お土産でわたすのに　いってきたよーって お宿の名前いりの袋でわたしたい

息子の家族が帰国のたびに利用させていただいてます お料理もとても美味しくフリードリンクの種類が豊富でいつも満足 瑠璃渓イルミネーションもとても良かったです ウエルカムドリンクも楽しみの一つです ただほづやまのコンセントが少なく充電が不便でしたm(_ _)m ダストボックスもあと2個増やしていただけるとありがたいです🙇‍♀️ 次回は６月に後久さん予約でおばさん３人で楽しみにしてます

客室露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しました アメニティーも充実 お部屋も明るくて綺麗で快適に過ごせました！ バスローブがあったり、タオル掛けが 3つもあったので大変 助かりました ベッド周りにコンセントがなくて 少し驚きました 延長コードも準備されていたけど もう少し長くないと枕元付近まで こないのでそこが少し残念でした 値段の割に夕食が少し陳腐だったので そこもマイナス点かな~ いろいろと楽しめるお宿でした！

チェックイン時からドリンク飲み放題、たくさん飲んで美味しいご飯をたくさん食べて、最高の時間でした！お風呂にベビーシャンプーもあり、中庭の足湯や、ヤギと触れ合い、卓球などのアクティビティも子どもが飽きずに楽しめて良かってです。
