My boyfriend and my 4 year old daughter stayed the night here. Staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were great!

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the pool area was under renovation for our stay so we didn’t get to use it.

Room was nice, much better than the hotel I came from. The only thing that bothered me was that the shower didn’t look like it was cleaned. There was stuff on the bottom of the tub and there was a used washcloth strung up over the shower head.

Overall the stay was positive and accommodations were solid. I will say that the room generally did not feel the most clean. When I arrived there was a sort of old musty smell to the room and there were spots that weren't very clean, such light switches and desk space etc

Check in took 15 minutes because the person in front of us was having issues and there was a line at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes for a 3-minute check-in. Also coffee was $4.25 so we left early. One more thing - the toilets make so much noise you can here everyone flush in the rooms next door. Disappointed. Will not stay here again.

It was a busy Homecoming weekend for WMU and the staff was kind. Not able to check-in early, but that was understandable! Clean and comfy room!
