"The service is excellent because the owners are highly devoted to carry out the best service possible. This is best illustrated by the breakfast. Guest are able to request specific kinds of breakfast in advance beside the regular german styled breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for visitors to the University besides being close to the train station. The hotel is located in a quite housing area. Thus, not many facilities are close-by but in turn the sleep in the night is rather smooth and undisturbed. I will certainly stay again in this hotel when I am traveling this parts of Germany,"

"excellent location in the city . Just walk few minutes to K mall and supermarket. Front desk lady staff is helpful and polite when we check in. Room is tidy and clean. The only shortage is walk stairs to the main entrance especially carry heavy luggages. "

"Good business hotel is very well located on the highway. But also close enough to all important. Locations in kaiserauern reach quickly and conveniently. 5 Euro per night cost parking at the hotel own parking right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, no loading infrastructure for electric vehicles. Something damage and very briefly thought especially since the hotel is quite new. The rooms are functional and very clean and the reception is occupied 24 hours "

GGuest UserWe had booked a night as we had cards for Hagen Reether in Kamgarn. The lady at the reception was very friendly and open and gave us a map on which she registered our way there and restaurant facilities.
The bed in our room was good, only the heads were horrible, too thick. My husband then took towels as a replacement..
Also, we had a lack of glasses so we had to use the tooth cleaning cup and the bathroom is very, very narrow.
The breakfast was very good, with many choices.

At 7:30 in the evening, the reception of a Bai girl was very good. Unfortunately, I tried four times. Two credit cards could not be used. Contact Booking, can not handle, contact CCB Overseas Hotline, several times of hardship beyond patience, no manual customer service acceptance.
At this time, the front desk changed a hei brother, a serious face, anyway: without money without check in.
300 euros in the wallet 💶, I don't know what disappeared, rummaging through all pockets, no results.
Can't trouble others at night, change Trip.com, it takes nearly an hour, Trip.com brother has tried international and domestic credit cards, savings cards, contact European agents several times, agent phone hotel, European agents prepaid hotel, finally solve the problem, during the customer service help contact CCB 24 hours customer service, Waiting for more than eight minutes, no one responds.
Get the room card, around 9:30 in the evening, in the lobby sofa 🛋️ daze for an hour, if there is a cigarette 🚬, it is best.
The rest is very good at night, there is no American 🇺🇸 soldiers inside, it is estimated that they have gone to the Ukrainian border.
Thanks to Trip.com, five-star service, although the price is much more expensive than Booking, resolutely offload Booking, follow-up itinerary ticket hotels all Trip.com booking.

JJoanna AssadHotel location is excellent, just a short walk from train station (slightly downhill) and close to old city center / touristy areas and farmers market on Saturday. Rooms are basic but very clean. Air conditioner is great, especially during the hot summers. Towels slightly old, but very clean - everything is changed daily. Bathroom again is basic, amenities are only body shampoo / shower gell - so if you need additional items (eg cotton buds, shower cap, etc.) then bring your own. Breakfast selection is not bad. Hotel design is modern / compact. Closets are open, which is great - gives the room more space and less likely to leave anything behind in the hotel. Beds are flexible: two wins which can be passed apart or together, as needed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are very comfortable. Service is good - the front desk person was new, but the manager was on hand immediately to resolve any issues. There is parking behind the hotel - but not many spaces, so you will need to be early to get a space, or lucky. Highly recommend this budget hotel - especially if you are traveling by train.
